Hurricane Milton Update
This condo has sustained some damage and is in the process of being renovated. We will update the listing when it becomes fully operational.
The calendar dates that are open can be booked as we look forward to the condo being completed by April 1, 2025.
The grounds have been completed and the pool is open and heated!!
Just steps from beach access, this location simply cannot be beat. Ranked in TripAdvisors #1 beach in America! This condo features high end upgrades such as a brand new kitchen, wine fridge, new furniture and marble shower, but also has beach inspired decor to make you feel right at home and relaxed. It also features a heated pool, patio & some views of the Gulf! Within walking distance are restaurants, shops, & grocery. Many activities such as paddle boarding, are just minutes away. Welcome!
When you approach the condo, your walkway takes you to the private patio with table and chairs. From there you will enter the condo with your code to the electronic lock. Once inside, there is a comfortable living space with a pullout sofa & chair, table with seating for 4 and a full kitchen (including dishwasher!). To the left, you enter into the bedroom which contains a queen memory foam bed, a closet and a bathroom with walk in shower.
You'll have available to you, coin operated laundry facilities, BBQ grills and a lovely pool with lounge chairs, and tables to relax by or play games!
The Beach which can be seen from our patio is just a 1-2 minute walk across a dead end street. We provide a beach umbrella, chairs, and wagon as well as children beach toys for your enjoyment!
All the parking in the area is metered city parking. We do have one parking pass available for you to use during your stay. The city only allows us to purchase 1, so additional parking would have to obtained by other means. The parking pass is difficult and costly to replace, so a lost pass is $200.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 digital parking permit will be issued with the condo.
- This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
