Welcome to Gulf Winds Resort #1504, a bright and comfortable two-bedroom, one-bath condo in the quieter section of St. Pete Beach. Located on the second floor, this condo is accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator. With the beach just across the street, this inviting condo makes a wonderful home base for a relaxing Florida getaway.
Inside, you'll find solid-surface flooring throughout and plenty of natural light. Newly replaced windows help create a bright, comfortable, and quiet space where you can unwind after a day at the beach.

The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals right at the condo, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or sitting down for a full dinner. A drip coffee maker is provided so you can start each morning with a fresh cup of coffee.

For entertainment, Sony Smart TVs are located in both the living room and main bedroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream your favorite shows, stay connected, or catch up on work while you're away.

With two bedrooms and accommodations for up to four guests, Gulf Winds #1504 offers a comfortable and convenient St. Pete Beach escape just steps from the sand.

Gulf Winds Resort is nestled in a quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beautiful Gulf beaches directly across the street. The resort is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and local shops, including the shops and dining along Historic Corey Avenue.
Property amenities include a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, outdoor courtyards with seating areas, and an onsite community laundry room that accepts credit cards.

If you're looking for beach time this place is perfect. Just a walk across the parking lot and you're at Upham beach (one of the best spots to catch a sunset imo). Hosts were great and responsive to anything I needed. Thanks for a nice stay!

Location was fantastic. Walls and ceiling are very thin. We could hear the people above and below us talking, watching tv, listening to music (late) and walking/running/jumping. Otherwise, it was good.

Excellent location & nice updates

We liked this place, overall. The recent updates were very impressive. It was an easy walk to the beach; even when carrying the chairs and umbrella. We saw dolphins every night at sunset at the inlet on the north side of Upham beach park. The only drawbacks we had was the lack of internet service. It was accessible, but you couldn’t do anything with it.

Spring Break 2021

Good location. Guest entries really need to be spruced up. All cinder block and cement, feels creepy. Our rental was decorated nicely. Clean and no bugs. Would highly recommend upgrading the beds to something comfortable with nicely fitted sheets. The sheets did not fit any of these small mattresses making it look and feel messy. A bit sketchy feeling because of the sloppiness.
