GULF BEACH RESORT #403 ON THE BEACH, THE BEST SUNSETS!!

This beautiful boutique building is perfectly maintained and houses only 19 condo units, located right on the gulf of Mexico our unit #403 has been recently redecorated and has a new kitchen as well!! The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a new mattress that is very comfy. There is plenty of storage and large clothes washers and dryers available at no charge. The views from this 4th floor unit are wonderful but you will spend most of your time on the beach or at one of the many great restaurants located within walking distance. There are also 10 local watering holes to check out on the beach. True beach bars accessed from the beach. This building is one of a kind and very secure. You will never want to leave!!!

Very clean condo. Supplied well with everything including beach necessities (chairs, bags, coolers, umbrella). Owner is very nice. Location is great!! Stayed 5 nights. We'll be back.

The condo was lovely. It was very clean and had plenty of linens to use as well as supplies. The view was very good even though it wasn’t full frontal towards the beach. We have stayed in high rise condos and this one was smaller but we enjoyed that. Fellow renters were friendly, the manager was very friendly and the host was very friendly and informative. The host also responded quickly to any questions I had.

Flora was friendly and efficient from the beginning of the booking process. The check in was easy and the room was clean and was just steps away from the beach. There was a private entrance just off the pool which was very convenient going and coming from the beach. There is a keurig, I would suggest bringing your own pods. The view on the balcony was a corner view but still beautiful and relaxing to have morning coffee. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely book here again!

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our week long stay. Place is clean and has everything you need. Beach is close and food is also close. People were nice and friendly and place was well maintained.

Great weekend getaway

If you’re looking for a sleepy, relaxing place to vacation, this is it! Great place. Comfortable bed. Close proximity to Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants. Would love to visit again! Rent beach chairs next door- affordable and with a beach bar right there!

Excellent place to stay! Quiet, on the beach and close to restaurants, groceries, shops, and drugstore. Pool, hot tub, and the ⛱️. The room we stayed in (403) just needed to replace the window overlooking the gulf.

Everything as stated. Hidden gem Fantastic location and peaceful yet plenty of restaurants to walk to. We rented a golf cart which was fantastic. We will return.

Beautiful and Relaxing

The unit was just as described. A beautiful location right on the beach. Loved the quiet of this property. Perfectly appointed, comfortable bed and two nice bathrooms. The pool was nice and never crowded. Really enjoyed our morning walks on the beach.

Holiday Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a small complex with easy access to the beach. It was disappointing that the LR window (centerpiece view of the gulf) had a broken seal and was hazed over. We loved how many attractions were within walking distance. We will be back!!!

Thank you for staying in our condo. We have a replacement window on order and because of the holidays, will be installed on Jan 8th. It is top priority to say on top of things and keep a well maintained condo. We are glad you stayed and enjoyed your stay and are sorry we couldn't have the window repaired prior to your visit. Next time you stay, that view from the living room will be breathtaking!

Beautiful complex and unit!

we have been staying at St Pete Beach for over 15 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The management was so nice and accommodating. We already booked for next year!

We are from the western suburbs of chicago and have been coming to St Pete Beach for the last six years. Friends of ours moved out here and told us how beautiful it was. After the first time we came, we fell in love with the vibe and knew this was where we wanted to come to get out of the cold. We finally made the jump to buy a place of our own and hope that every one of our guests enjoys the area as much as we have.

This building is special in that it is one of the nicest right on the beach and it is located in the middle of everything AND all within walking distance! There is a wide variety of things to do from great restaurants, walk up beach bars, coffee shops, sunset and dolphin cruises, and more.
