Excellent stay! Very comfortable and clean property. The AC worked well, had everything you could need in the kitchen, beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the private plunge pool was very fun. Great proximity to Disney parks. We loved our stay and look forward to returning on future trips!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at the Sandpiper vacation house. The house was very neat and clean, and we truly appreciated that the host was so easily reachable for any questions we had. The entire booking process was incredibly smooth and straightforward from start to finish. We wouldn't mind staying again in the future!

We have very high standards and this townhome exceeded them! It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable which was great at the end of long days in the parks. The space was perfect for our family! The owner communicated very well and made the process effortless. She even gave us a hint for a backroad to the Disney property and saved us time in traffic. We have already shared the info with a few friends and we will be back!

** 10/10 Excellent Stay**We had an outstanding 11‑day stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we booked, our host Linda was incredibly responsive and made everything simple and stress‑free. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed — and best of all, it was exactly as shown in the online photos. What you see on VRBO is truly what you get.The private pool was a highlight — warm, clean, and perfect for unwinding after long days. The clubhouse pool is just a short walk away and offered a nice change of pace. The location is ideal: groceries and essentials are only two minutes away, Disney is about 10 minutes, and Universal roughly 30 minutes. We even took a few day trips to Cocoa Beach, which was an easy drive at about 1¼ hours and made for a perfect ocean day.This home made our trip easy, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing place

Everything is at your fingertips they had it all layed out beautiful spacious home with pool outside and water park within walking distance will definitely stay again

Wonderful stay

Everything with this property was great! The place was beyond clean and comfortable. The place was definitely spacious and had everything you could think of for your vacation. Communication with Linda was easy and quick.

Great Place!

This is a beautiful property on a really nice complex. The townhouse has clearly been recently renovated in a modern way to a high standard. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in the Orlando area.

Clean & comfortable

We stayed at the condo to visit Disney World which was about 10 minutes away. The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The booking process and check in was very easy! I would stay there again and again!

Gorgeous property, furnishings to a high standard and well maintained. Excellent location for Disney parks. Resort had great facilities. Host was very helpful and responded immediately when I contacted. My husband left his AirPods on the last day, I contacted the host who got in touch with the cleaner and we were able to collect them before heading to the airport. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Excellent property. Clean and well equipped with more than enough space for a family of 4. We got lots of use out of the pool (great temperature) and also used the clubhouse pool a couple of times. Windsor Hills was a great location - everything at Disney could be reached in about 15 minutes and loads of restaurants and grocery stores even closer.

Great Location

The condo was very clean. The pool was perfect for down time after daytime activities. The property owner was very responsive. The location was a close drive to the parks. Everything you could ask for on a family vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Home

Just perfect!

The location was beyond amazing! This townhome was a perfect home away while vacationing in Florida. Couldn't ask for anything better. Communication with the owner was easy and she was beyond helpful with information. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!

Perfect

Everything was great- I always book based on reviews and this place had great reviews. It was incredibly clean, well stocked, great location, comfortable beds (that’s a big one for us) - I have zero complaints, and had zero issues staying 6 nights. We felt right at home.

Excellent location and property was awesome!

Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was about 10-15 minutes from Disney and the property was very well maintained. Only recommendation would be some sort of lock on the garbage bench as we had some issues with raccoons ripping open the garbage bags.

Fantastic townhouse

Really enjoyed the property, seemed larger than I expected and lives up to the photos. Kids loved the pool. Linda was responsive and helpful throughout. Even provided details of space launches due when we were there.
