Enjoy our family-friendly Tennis Village townhome, just a short walk from Sunriver Village, the Lodge, and miles of paved bike trails.

Your stay includes 6 SHARC passes and 4 bikes. Back at the townhouse, relax by the fireplace, play foosball or PlayStation, take the bikes out for a ride, or unwind on the private deck overlooking a quiet common area.

With 2 bedrooms, a loft, 5 beds, and room for up to 8 guests, it’s an easy home base for summer adventures, ski trips, and family getaways.

Very clean, for the most part comfortable.Towels , sheets and mattresses could usesome updates. Televisions hard to use and no local orlive news or shows, when it says Live TV.Location is perfect distance to the Resort and the Village. This was our 2nd stay at this Condo. Wouldstay again if updates done.

Amazing location, nice house and host was great. Only downfall was the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any ziplock bags or tinfoil etc or coffee pods so remember to bring your own.

1. Property was a listed. 2. Found 3 dead yellow jacket bees on steps going to up stairs loft, one live bee crawling on floor3. Live Spiders were found in downstairs beds4. Back patio deck chairs were filthy 5. Did not receive check in front door code at check in time, had to call to get.

The property which was located to the Sunriver mall, walking distance, was very clean and comfortable. We came over to see the Lodge decorated with lights for Christmas and even picked up a few ladt minute gifts.

Great Place!

Had an issue with the thermostat the first evening where the heat wouldn't come on. However, it was resolved quickly after contacting the rep. Nice and clean with furniture and layout arranged perfectly to create a comfy family atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfy! Sheets had a high thread count and mattresses were nice and firm. The only issue we had was the kitchen wasn't stocked very well. No plastic wrap, aluminum foil, storage bags or kitchen garbage bags. All in all, would definitely consider staying here again! Lovely place!

Satisfied before I stayed….

Overall property is in a great location, but most properties are in Sunriver. Caution…the owner tried to charge fees of 300.00 that were not clearly listed in the listing! Take pictures upon leaving the unit! The property itself is older and smelled like it on arrival. When we arrived there was a major parking lot paving project that the owner notified us of the day before our arrival. The entire parking lot was closed for our entire stay. There was lots of machinery that shook beds in the morning, smelled of asphalt and LOTS of dust and dirt in the air. Getting luggage and groceries in and out was a huge hassle from the parking lot a block over. Caution…the neighbor is a full time resident… He does not like a rental unit next door and does verbalize it. Wouldn’t recommend staying here with kids…no cleaning supplies or vacuum supplied for cleanup. You will be charged if you don’t.

Hi Angie, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. I tried to make it right by you, by giving you a $300 discount due to the paving of the parking lot (which I had no control of). After you left, my cleaner notified me that someone was smoking in and around the unit (there were cigarette butts all over the property), which is against the law in Sunriver and there is a $300 charge for smoke removal in the unit, which I apologize for not making it very clear in my house rules at that time. Since I didn't make it very clear at that time, I didn't actually charge you for the smoke removal.

We stayed in this very same unit, for vacations two years apart. We love the location and amenities and it has just what we need. Staying in Sunriver is definitely like stepping back into a (very) happy-place for us. So many families, from so many backgrounds, walking, rafting, cycling, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the great high-desert outdoors. Nearby Bend OR has some excellent dining options too.

Great location, clean and cozy

We stayed here as a family of four and it was perfect for us. The house has plenty of space and amenities for everyone. It was very clean and cozy inside. The location is great with easy access to the village and the river loop bike path. We will definitely come back!
