The Space:

This warm and inviting Sunriver home is a two-story, three-bedroom home with WiFi, A/C, a Ping-Pong table, and a hot tub. Eight passes to the aquatic center at SHARC are even provided for your enjoyment!



The lower-level kitchen, living room, and dining room are open to one another. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with three stools, and the dining table seats six. Enjoy a fire by the gas fireplace.



There is also a door off the dining room leading to the back deck, with tables, chairs, a chaise lounge, and a private hot tub. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a door to the deck and a hot tub. Upstairs is a cozy loft with a futon couch, TV, VHS, and a game table with two chairs. Upstairs, there is a queen bedroom. The other bedroom offers a queen pyramid bunk and three other twin beds. There is a Ping-Pong table in the garage.

Great house in Sun River. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Host had very timely and clear communication and check in and out were easy.

This was a very nice place. We enjoyed how quiet it was. The hot tub was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all possible things you would need for cooking. Plenty of room for my large family. Having all the bikes to choose from was amazing. We had an amazing summer trip. Pool passes were awesome as well.

I would like to suggest that instead of having an entire cupboard packed full (I stopped counting at 50) of glasses and mugs you remove about half of them and leave it empty so the guests can put their food in it for their stay. I don't like groceries left on the counter, so this didn't work for me. Also, I looked high and low for a meat thermometer but couldn't find one. There were three nutcrackers in there, but not one meat thermometer!! Otherwise, we had a magnificent stay!

The house was great. The listing was a scam. This house was listed as a 4 bedroom but it was truly a 3 bedroom with a converted attic space that they made a “4th bedroom”. This bedroom does not have its own entrance to a common space like a hallway or living room. That means you have to walk through a bedroom to get to this room. Very inconvenient for the people sleeping in the bedroom being walked through. No privacy. I wouldn’t be as upset as I am if the listing had a picture of this 4th bedroom on this listing, but it did not. Which goes against vrbos policy to list pictures of every room in the house. Oh well, this is my fault for assuming the 4th bedroom was an actual bedroom. I contacted property management and Vrbo and neither wanted to make the situation right. I strongly recommend requesting pictures of the 4th bedroom before you book this house or you will get the same treatment that my family did.

Family reunion

This was a great spot for a family gathering. The main living area was comfortable and allowed for a group to be watching movies and another to play board games all together. We had a lovely stay.

Girls' Weekend

I stayed here with five friends for a girls' weekend and we had a blast! The hot tub was huge, there was plenty of sleeping room, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property with plenty of space!

Would highly recommend this space for families looking to spend time in Sunriver. We were two families (4 adults, 2 children, and 2 infants) and the space was great for both families.
