A relaxing and fun week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is on the small side but allows for great separation of space for 2 couples. It’s very comfortable and well equipped and maintained. We love coming back to the same house. It’s a home away from home!

Fantastic home in the north end of Sunriver. This home was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Sunriver a bit so that we could relax and enjoy the wonderful hot tub. The home backs up to a private tennis court which means you have a lot of privacy! We loved the hot tub and especially loved the comfortable beds. They were a stand out from most vacation homes we have rented. The hot tub is big-larger than most. We highly recommend and will be back.

4th of July trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this house and have already booked it again for next summer. We love the quiet area where the house is located. Easy walk to the North store. Lots of room. The only real issue we saw during our trip and has been mentioned in a previous review is that work needs to be done on the deck. Some boards are starting to rot and some of the handrails/supports are not real solid any longer. Having the A/C, Sharc passes and a private hot tub are big plusses.

Great dog friendly vacation rental

Rental was clean, property management company was easy to communicate with, the home was well equipped, sharc passes were included, and we enjoyed the location within Sunriver.

Overall the stay was fine! Communication was good! The house was fully equipped with everything needed except master did not have bath towels but found some downstairs. The house is in great location and the shower heads in both bathrooms were awesome. My negative feedback is it needs a lot of updates including the deck rails which were not all connected in a few spots. Big safety concern. I have stayed in many VRBO and Arbnb and this one was disappointing. I would not recommend.

Great vacation home

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It fit perfect for us. Everything was super clean when we arrived and checking out was a breeze. We will be coming back to this house next year.

The house was well appointed and clean. The kitchen is a bit snug (we like to cook), and the living room could use one more chair or sofa. It is in a residential neighborhood outside of Sunriver, so be prepared to drive into the village. Thank you!

Great Sunriver stay

This is a great rental for the family. The floor plan, multiple decks and hot tub really give everyone a lot of space. Well equipped kitchen and great location at end of street. Would choose 12 Shagbark again for sure!

Immaculate house in an ideal location.

The house was perfectly appointed and clean and the location was ideal for both local and non-local travel. The house felt very private and is centered at the end of a cul-de-sac. Truly feels like the best of Sunriver.

Quiet location, comfy house

I really enjoyed the house. Comfy bed, comfy couches. We didn’t have hot water our first night, but they got someone out the next morning.

A good spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as advertised - more light filled than many of the Sunriver homes of this vintage. It's about a 3 mile walk or bike ride to the village. It was clean and well supplied but hasn't had much updating or TLC. We found a protruding nail or staple sticking up from the floor near the kitchen (potentially dangerous). Fortunately we found it before someone stepped on it. We left a note for the cleaning crew. In addition, many of the deck railings are loose and should be secured. The hot tub was set at 109 degrees so we had to cool it down before we used it. We did enjoy the AC during the heat of the day.

June get away2024

Property was very clean & well stocked. The area was super quiet. The well kept green grass lawn was nice. SHARC passes & AC were super in the beautiful summer heat.
