Welcome to this delightful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom getaway, ideal for hosting up to 15 guests. Downstairs, discover a conveniently placed bathroom and shower. Ample parking for up to 4 vehicles is provided, including a garage and covered patio.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by rich wood flooring, charming beach-inspired decor, and abundant natural light, crafting a tranquil ambiance. The first floor features a spacious main living area, a fully stocked kitchen, a snug dining area, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Step outside to a covered patio and a petite backyard outfitted with a grill.

Situated just 0.8 miles from Pompano Joe's public beach access, with a community pool a mere 5-minute stroll away (open in summer), this retreat offers both convenience and serenity. The driveway accommodates four vehicles, perfect for standard-sized cars.

Awesome Stay!

This place was the perfect space and location for our trip. We had two families (plus a dog) and the home had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It is in a quiet and gated community making it a relaxing retreat. It was clean and the host was very responsive. We would stay again! I recommend heading to Henderson State Park for beach pictures and Dewey Destin Harborside for seafood.

Lovely House

Our family stayed for 2 weeks. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location in a cul de sac. Very close to the beach and several restaurants. We made some great family memories here.

Beach vaca with the grandkids

We all loved this place! It was so easy to use the golf cart to shuttle the kids to the beach, just a few short blocks away. The host was extremely responsive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very private and secure neighborhood !

This home was so beautiful we will definitely book our next stay here too! It was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the essentials we needed. It was so spacious too! The golf cart was such a nice bonus. The BEST host you could of ever asked for!!

Awesome Place for a Family trip

This place was a perfect place for my family. Rooms and bathrooms for everyone, beaches and great restaurants are in walking distance. Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen with 8 seat dining table, great sofa set with a must try bean bag 🤩 So many things that made our trip so comfortable and safe. I am definitely going back to this place soon. See ya Mr. Saurabh!!!

Amazing property that has it all.

Our stay in this beautiful home met all expectations and some. The home was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Kitchen was fully equipped also. overall stay in this home was amazing and Sauruab the owner was very responsive, will definitely stay again with no hesitation. Location was prime since beach access is a short walk away.

This rental was very nice and fitting for me and my crew! There were a few minor hiccups but the property manager was AMAZING to work with! If you are looking for a location that is not far from Scenic drive and provides access to a golf cart, you are found a gem!

Nice play to stay!

Wonderful stay for vacation! The golf cart was a nice amenity as it made it easy to get to the beach and haul all of our items. The house is very pretty and as shown in the pictures. It could definitely use a deep clean though. We had a minor issue with some bedding that the owner took care of. We noticed some of the beds didn’t have clean sheets. Overall we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful gated community!

Fall Break 2021

This property is amazing! The location is so close to the beach and is even quicker with the golf cart provided. We had plenty of room to spread out. The back area is great and has a fire table. We love this house and will definitely book again. Saurabh is amazing. She answered all our questions really quickly. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Nice house overall, but needs some improvements

The house itself was a great layout. We had some issues, which we communicated with the property manager: 1. The dryer didn’t work, although I’m not sure I would hold them accountable for that unless they check the washer and dryer between each use. But we did have to take our wet clothes (out of the washer) to a laundrymat to have them dried. 2. There was not enough pots and pans to cook a full meal. So several times we were putting something from a pot, into a bowl, to place in the microwave until it was time to eat, just so that we could use the pot for another item for our meal. 3. We felt like the cleaning crew had some misses on their part: someone’s groceries left above the fridge in a cabinet, the golf cart could have been cleaned a bit better, and the outside porch/furniture needed cleaned. Again - overall a good house. Part of me feels like the owners live there part time, as there was a drawer that was a hodgepodge of stuff (dog collar, pens, chopsticks, soy sauce packets), including note cards with a lady’s writing.

Family long weekend

Property was a great fit for our group with plenty of room. Owner communicated well with questions or minor issues. Location was good but traffic getting in & out of subdivision was not the best.
