This beautiful, modern mountain home offers everything you and your family and friends could want on your vacation get-away to the historic town of Ouray. From the open kitchen concept, to the bar in the living room, to the back yard patio... this home lends itself well to entertaining or just kicking up your feet and relaxing.

The place is quite spacious: two bedrooms with king sized beds, a third bedroom that could sleep three with a queen/twin bunk bed and luxurious loft space with a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs master suite has a large bathroom with a two persons shower, a small private deck overlooking the backyard and a flat screen tv for late night movies.

Enjoy the cozy living room, snuggle up to the fire, shake a few cocktails or turn on the large flat screen tv and watch some Netflix. You will also find a brand new grill on the front deck. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, appliances and plenty of glassware for any beverages you might bring along.

Relax out back under the old pine trees on the new brick patio with gas fire table. Park your car in the garage if you'd like... there is room for one guest vehicle, bicycles, skis, etc.

Owners, Hans and Cory, have been in the Hospitality business for many years and also currently own a restaurant in town. Brickhouse 737 is a gathering place that focuses on community, farm-fresh ingredients, hospitality and travel-inspired dishes. They have been successful in providing their guests with contemporary American cuisine that is both creative and approachable. Brickhouse 737 is currently ranked number one on TripAdvisor and Yelp. The downstairs unit is rented out to employees at Brickhouse737. They will respect your privacy. Please respect theirs. Keep in mind that you are staying in a residential neighborhood, be respectful of other properties and please limit your noise level after 10pm.

This Ouray Mountain Retreat is spacious, and well equipped. We were looking forward to using the backyard fire pit but it was inoperable and was never repaired. We did enjoy sitting on the front balcony which has a beautiful view and we very much enjoyed our stay. On an especially positive note, we understand that the owners of the home also own 737 Brickhouse restaurant in Ouray. This restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere is calming, the seating is spread out and the menu is unique and delicious!

Great house for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids! Nice open floor plan, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Walking distance to Perimeter Trail trailheads. Minutes from downtown Main St. shops and restaurants. Thanks Cory and Hans, hope to see you again!

The cabin was in a nice location and very quiet. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived and they replaced it within two days. They were flexible with an early arrival and very responsive those first days as we had questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House was clean & nice. Parking should have been better communicated. If you’re planning on coming with trailers or multiple vehicles you must make other parking arraignments. Only two cars can park in the drive way, the other garage that’s shown is occupied by permeant renters. If you are traveling with elderly people this place is not handicap accessible.

Perfect place to stay

This place was amazing. Modern but rustic, with a warm fireplace and picturesque windows of mountain views. Right by the hot springs and a few minutes from the climbing park… this was a perfect place to stay in Ouray!

Excellent property and hosts

This place was epic. Easily the best stocked kitchen BnB we've ever stayed at. I documented what type of knives and pans they were because they were so good. The neighborhood was quiet, the firepit was great, and there's even a neighborly golden retriever that comes by to say hi anytime you're outside. We'll definitely stay again.

The views were stunning, kitchen had everything you could possibly need, location was great. We walked/biked everywhere. Outdoor patios were lovely including the comfy couch and fire pit . Love this place!

Stayed here for our Colorado Elopment!

We chose to stay here during our Colorado elopement. The pictures of us turned out amazing at the house beforehand and the location is perfect to get wherever you need to go. All the beds were super comfy and it everything we could need was at the house! I would stay there again when we come back to Ouray!
