Thank you for staying with us, and we’re glad the home was clean and worked well for your group, with town an easy walk away. We’re truly sorry about the beds, though. Nobody should end up on the window seat, and hearing that everyone woke up sore is exactly the kind of feedback we need. We’ve shared it with the owner so the mattresses can get a close look. We also apologize that the trash bags and laundry supplies weren’t stocked for your arrival, and we’re tightening up our restocking checks so the next group doesn’t run into the same thing. We appreciate your honesty and would love the chance to give you a better night’s sleep next time!

We’ve reviewed the guest binder information and have corrected the Wi-Fi codes and trash-day information so guests have accurate instructions. We’ve also addressed the kitchen barstool and are working through the other items you mentioned, including airflow and window screens, additional hooks and hangers, and making the many light switches easier to identify. We understand how helpful those small conveniences can be, particularly for a larger group during a warm-weather stay.
