Wonderful place for families with small children. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Good supply of towels and paper products. Basic kitchen supplies. We would definitely return here, should we find ourselves back in Florida!

The home & property were amazing and exactly as described. This was the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. The proximity to public beach access and stores was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again!

So much fun, for kids and adults alike!

Our entire group absolutely loved this property. We didn’t even want to go explore Jacksonville because we had so much fun at the house!

Perfect place to stay

Clean and on the newer remodeled side. Outdoor area was spectacular. We had a few basic questions and received immediate responses from the host. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

They thought of everything

The home itself is breathtaking and WOW the backyard. The dishes, trashbags and extras were a big bonus! We loved our stay and would go back. Only little negative was beach wasnt close enough to walk or really get a a golf cart like we hoped but the pool was better anyway.

Laserna Family vacation

We were very please with the entire stay. The family got some real quality time sitting around the pool, playing ping pong and shuffle board. We stayed up late playing card games. It was very special for us to have this time together. Thanks.

Perfect family getaway, amazing backyard!

Beautiful modern home, the backyard and pool is just amazing. No need to go to the beach everything you need for fun in the sun is right there. Well equipped kitchen perfect for large family meals inside and out. We especially loved all the seating for everyone inside and outside. Thanks for a great place to have our long weekend in Jax Beach. :)

Amazing Property - Perfect In Every Way

This house is absolutely amazing in every way. It is in a great neighborhood and walk to the park and five minute drive to the beach. The house was clean and spotless and had more amenities than any Vrbo I've stayed at before. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very attentive. The pool was clean, warm and so much fun. I could spend endless days in the backyard. Life is better at this place.

Most amazing backyard!

This house was a dream to stay in! We reserved it for a family get together, and the highlight of this house was the backyard! It is perfect for entertaining, hosting dinners, barbecues, you name it. The view of the pool from the outdoor kitchen really makes it feel you are on a tropical vacation. Everyone in our group raved about the outdoor kitchen and how they had to have one at home. It was truly a treat to be able to entertain our family and friends there. The house had everything we needed and was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It felt as though we were right at home. And everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! Mike and the Welcome Home team were a dream to work with making our stay as seamless as possible. We can’t wait to book this property again.

Relaxing week March 2023

The Islander home was exactly what we expected. Outdoor space was so relaxing & made it easy to just “hang out”. We had kids and adults staying for the week and everyone was entertained! The beach was close to the house and the host even provided beach chairs/umbrella to take with us. We found plenty of great dinner spots in the evening. Close enough to St. Augustine that if you wanted to go for a visit or to tour downtown, you can! The swings out by the backyard bar were our favorite “fun feature”. The hosts pay attention to detail… for example: we checked in Saturday, the teens played corn hole in the back Sat evening. The boards had some wear from the weather, but we would not have said anything they worked just fine. Sunday we were gone for the day and when we got back to the house someone had been by and swapped out the corn hole boards with new ones. Again, we didn’t mention it or ask. They noticed it and took care of it. All communication with the host was efficient/clear & quick! We will def. Plan another trip!

Such a fun space! Pool, game room, putt putt, big screen outdoor, beach accessories, and a great layout! Our family had a great time in this space even during a rainy weekend in FL. There was so much for the kids to do and the adults had plenty of different spaces to lounge and watch them. The host was very responsive, the check in/check out was easy, and there were plenty of supplies in the house for our stay (detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.).

This home was immaculate and beautifully decorated! The back yard is beyond words! The only regret I have is that we didn't book for longer! Honestly, other than going out for dinner, I could spend my entire vacation without leaving the property!

The place was as pictured, even better in person. Had everything we needed, and Publix was a 5 min drive down the road. Very convenient location to do whatever you wanted with ease. Great communication with the host as well. Thanks!
