This single-story beach house is located on a quiet street in beautiful Jacksonville Beach, just 12 blocks away from the beach. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers a tranquil retreat with a stunning backyard oasis. The house features two inviting living areas, complete with a pull-out sofa bed, ensuring ample space for both children and adults to unwind. The backyard is a haven, featuring a saltwater pool with a spacious lounge ledge, a charming fire pit, a gazebo for shaded outdoor dining, and a Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for your dream vacation or extended stay. Additionally, the home is equipped with all the amenities that you may need! Just pack your sunscreen and bathsuit!

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Great stay

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The backyard is great for hanging out. It’s a short drive to the beach, which we also enjoyed. It has a comfortable living room area for relaxing indoors. We were attending an event at University of North Florida and it was an easy 15 minute drive to the stadium.

Extraordinary Property

Location convenient & quiet. We loved the layout / was perfect for our 2 families. The rental is not only beautifully appointed but comfortable as well, tho a few complained mattresses harder than preferred. Plenty of entertainment as shown in pix. Pools were wonderful but be sure to clean out drain yraps - full of pine straw & debris due to recent storm. We hosted daughters’ wedding around the pool area & there was plenty of room to set up a small reception on the back porch. Negative is - place is so nice, it’s not easy to leave!! Hosts were awesome w communication as well. If scoring was 1-10, we’d give it a 21!!!

Great stay in Jacksonville!

Property management was extremely responsive and very friendly! The location is perfect! Water park and mini golf with a two minute drive. Excellent food very close. The house is beautiful and the backyard is a little bit of paradise. Loved this booking and highly recommend!

Best Vacation Ever!!

This house was AWESOME! The house and the pool/back yard area were exactly as pictured. The pool is simply the best! The kitchen was fully stocked more than most VRBOs I have stayed in. The family all agreed we will definitely be going back.

Wonderful stay

What a great property for a family gathering. It was nice to have the beach nearby but the backyard provided us with everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed.

Oasis blocks from the beach!

Beautiful property - perfectly situated a few blocks from Jax/Neptune Beach. I highly suggest renting a golf cart as it made it a "breeze" to get to the ocean. If the ocean isn't for you, the pool is amazing, it is nicely secluded and the two interior umbrellas makes sure you have some shade. The fire pit is perfect for late night convos and the ample seating makes sure that everyone is comfortable. The exterior cabana with TV made it so lovely to sit and listen to music/watch TV while swimming or relaxing. There were so many "starter" toiletries which made it awesome to get situated before we could get to the nearby grocery store. It is well decorated but not obnoxiously so when you arrive you have plenty of counter tops and spaces to unpack. The double kitchen pantry was AMAZING to have so much room! We had a great time! The kids / dogs loved it and we highly recommend this property!

Excellent Stay

Overall, everything was great. Property was as advertised and we were happy to find a lot of nice touches and attention to detail that made the rental experience that much better. Kitchen flatware and appliances were all nice and in good shape. Having both cable and smart TVs in all places AND OUTSIDE was a GREAT PLUS! Only mild headache was that the garage was likely inhabited by pets/cats at one point in time, and it smelled as such, but house was fine so this didn't really set us back at all other than use of ping pong table. We would highly recommend as this property was well above average.

RELAXING VACATION

WE HAD A TERRIFIC TIME DESPITE SOME RAINY WEATHER. WE ENJOYED THE POOL WITH MORE POOL TOYS THAN ANY KID COULD ASK FOR! WE WENT TO SEE THE JACKSONVILLE ZOO AND CATTY SHACK WILDLIFE SANCTUARY WHICH ARE BOTH TERRIFIC. LOCAL RESTAURANTS WERE ALSO WONDERFUL. WE WILL RECOMMEND THE HOUSE TO OTHERS!

Amazing Backyard

Getaway with the family, had an amazing time by the pool. Was able to relax and its location was close to everything we needed. We also were able to drive to St Augustine for a day visit and be back for an evening swim in the heated pool.

Total relax

Wanted to find a place that allowed our family to find time together without the hassle of packing up to go to a pool. This house had amazing indoor and outdoor entertainment that allowed us to enjoy both environments. The pool and backyard were amazing and we found ourselves there day and night. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Recommend renting golf cart to make the full beach/island experience 😎. Would recommend this rental to our family and friends. Will definitely be back.

Nice Yard.

This is an older home but it has been renovated. The yard is great. We weren't bothered by too many bugs but it would be nice if there was a table in the screened porch where you could eat. The outside table did get a bit buggy. The pool was warm and the fire pit was great at night. Instruction books would be nice to figure out how to use the TVs. We could only get one channel.
