This condo unit was superb. Very spacious and well laid out and impeccably and comfortably furnished. Just a 12 minute walk to Cafe Heaven on Commercial Street and conveniently located to everything. 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths with plenty of towels, supplies and a beautiful kitchen. 3rd floor deck looks out to Cape Cod Bay. Full garage for easy storage of bicycles. Hope to stay there again and highly recommend the condo and our wonderful hosts.

The house is exceptionally comfortable, with so many thoughtful details that make for a great stay. There are charging cables for phones everywhere, Apple TV makes streaming easy, and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need, including a real drip coffee maker and a French press.Beach chairs are available, along with a full-size washer and dryer and laundry baskets, which are a particularly nice touch.The townhouse is a very short walk from Stop & Shop for groceries and an even shorter walk from a well-equipped gym. The neighborhood is quiet, but all the energy of Commercial Street is just a 7–10 minute walk away whenever you want it.Everyone has their own space, and the entire house is incredibly comfortable. We had a great stay.

Fantastic spot!

This listing was absolutely perfect for us! Group of 6 friends visiting Ptown for the first time, and we could not have had a better experience. The location of Avenue Q was perfect - just a short walk to everything. The kitchen was wonderful and very well stocked.Would definitely stay here again!

Location is ideal. Home was well appointed. Living quarters clean, such as mattresses and pillows. Definitely would rent again.

Jeff and Rob were excellent hosts. Very communicative, and welcoming. The home was convenient, thoughtfully set up, and helpfully supplied. Decor and furniture was comfortable and chic - perfect for a beach vacation in Ptown. Everything was clean and organized. Would stay here again.

Ptown Vacation

We absolutely loved staying here for our vacation week in Ptown. House was spotless with all amenities provided as advertised. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood but not too long of a walk (10-15 minutes) to the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street. Entire process was super easy. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo in a great location

My friends and I stayed in Jeff and Rob's condo for a week and couldn't have asked for anything better. The space was clean, modern and spacious, with a very comfortable living space perfect for a group of friends or a family. It was conveniently located to Commercial St (main street through town) but removed enough to have peace and quiet at the end of the day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat (and fully intend to!)

Lovely, large P-town property

Jeff and Rob's place is big enough to sleep six *very* comfortably. We (three couples) each had our own room, and the top room had its own ensuite. The kitchen is enormous and the proximity to the supermarket meant we saved a bit of money by cooking meals at home frequently. There's also a lovely roof deck to watch the sunset. The house is a touch far from the chaos of Commercial St so if that's your thing you may want to consider how keen you'll be to walk 15 mins home after a late night out! Still, we felt it was a great place (with fantastic extras like a washer/dryer, 2 car spots, and Sonos sound system throughout) and would definitely stay again!

David and his friends took great care of our home in Ptown. We love when guests spend quality time together cooking meals and enjoying each other’s company around the kitchen island. And David was a very responsive guest, which is always a plus! You guys are welcome back any time!
