Come and feel right at home while living like a local in the west- end of town. Ideally located on quiet street only one block from Commercial street. The Boatslip is two blocks away. General store, Stop and Shop and bike rental are very close by. Muscle Beach gym just around the corner. You'll find a cozy atmosphere with hardwood floors, wood trim and tasteful decor. WiFi wireless internet. The living room has a 32 inch flat screen tv with cable and a DVD player. The 2 bedrooms have brand new and very comfortable queen-size beds as well as new ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceiling fan, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster & blender as well as a wide selection of cooking utensils. The condo is also equipped with WIRELESS internet. Air conditioning. Parking for one car in driveway. Walk to everything.

This is a fabulous location iin the west end of town . Quiet street but only one block from Commercial. You can walk to everything. Kitchen has everything you need. Cable tv, and wireless internet. Wonderful private deck off of the kitchen. Air conditioned. Parking for one car. A very clean and charming unit.

Nice place

Bathroom is poor and shower needs a grab bar. It is dangerous and nothing to hold on to. Shower curtains close in the space. Listing says gym, and hot tub. No such amenity. Deck nice, and bed rooms good. Early check in was appreciated. Great parlor. TV less than adequate.We enjoyed our stay anyway.

Centrally located and very convenient!

Really enjoyed our stay here! It did feel a bit like you were in a shower curtain cocoon when using the shower, but everything else was great!

Perfect blend of fun and relaxation

Spent New Year's weekend at Randy's property and it provided easy access to everything! We walked to breakfast, to shopping on Commercial St, to the Pilgrim monument and more. When we couldn't walk anymore, we had a cozy place nearby to rest and recharge. An excellent time all around!

Incredible location

Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. We didn’t use our car the entire stay. Easy to find, clean and excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming, well-equipped, great location

Beautiful upper duplex apartment from the early 1900's, full of beautiful original woodwork, charmingly decorated and with a large well-equipped kitchen. Randy seems to have thought of everything when he set this up for renting. We had special towels for the beach, an ironing board, a blender, coffee maker (and ground coffee), easy-to-use smart TV, automatic lights for the stairs and kitchen at night for safety, great location just a few hundred feet from Commercial Street, comfortable beds. Both Randy and his property manager were very responsive to our texts and phone calls. We'd love to go back!

Conveniently located in ideal neighborhood

Randy was a gem to communicate with, very responsive, accommodating, kind. The unit is in a great location, a block from Commercial Street, but quiet, just across from Liz's Anybody's Cafe (a lovely restaurant/bar) and Mussel Beach gym club. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the unit very clean. The kitchen was marvelously equipped, ideal for those who love to cook (and eat). There were some difficulties--the key to get in is counterintuitive--you turn it the opposite way you would think, which took me some time to figure out. The bathroom is very small though workable. Bedrooms have new ceiling fans, comfortable beds, but air conditioning only in the kitchen and living room. Streaming options were very good. Many furnishings could use a bit of updating--it's a tad rustic/old fashioned. The main issue I had was the parking--it is tight, even for P'Town--I'd have rented an even more compact car. Randy kindly let me take up a bit more space as another unit was unoccupied. But given the way the neighbor parked their large RR + my skills or lack thereof, I still dinged the rental car backing out as there is a cement wall across the very narrow road from the drive. If two cars were in the drive, you likely would have to exit your car from the passenger side. All around good experience, notwithstanding the above.

Best family vacation spot!!

This two bedroom was perfect for our family of three. We walked into town for breakfast and dinner every night. It was quiet and comfortable. Randy was fantastic to communicate with and even helped us when we lost the key!! (Oops. Sorry!!). Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful location

Great spot. Walking distance from everything in town. The beds were comfortable and each room had a ceiling fan. Randy was helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants. We will definitely be back, and plan to stay here again.

Great location & cozy setting!

Randy's place is on the 2nd floor of a quintessential Ptown building in its lovely historic section. This means, it's close enough to "the action," but far away enough to be spared street noise. We did not hear noise from the apartment above or below, though that might have been because we visited in November. The apartment consists of a compact and EXTREMELY well-stocked kitchen. (Honestly, as a frequent renter on the Cape, I cannot remember a kitchen that's so well equipped. There are also two decent-sized bedrooms with queen beds and a separate, lovely living room that can be closed off by a door. There are windows on two walls, a fine TV, comfy couch and chairs + games, books and great WiFi. We spent a really nice rainy afternoon reading and knitting there. The only drawback to the place is the bathroom, which is functional, if small. This is not a place to bring 2 families. It's perfect for a couple who might like another bedroom for a brief visitor or, as we used it, to store our clothes and change. This is not party central, nor should it be. Randy is an excellent and communicative owner with reasonable requests. Above all, and I can't stress this enough, the place is CLEAN. I know how important that is in deciding whether to rent. But, considering the age of the building and the space of the bathroom, my husband and I were so impressed. One other thing, there's a parking space, but it's small. Bring a compact car - it's just easier overall in Ptown. Thank you, Randy, for a lovely stay.

Fabulous !

Well kept, well maintained.....a perfect place to stay. This gem had everything that we needed to make the weekend perfect. The condo has everything-A fully equipped kitchen,the absolute best bath towels, a terrifc coffee maker and a great lil deck to hang out on.. Easy walk to downtown, across the street from a super lil restaurant, on site parking......... Absolutely awesome.... Thank You Randy :)

Perfect location

We loved this house so much. Close enough to commercial street for a very short walk but also far enough to have peace and quiet at night. Kitchen was well stocked, and house had everything we needed. Thank you Randy for a wonderful weekend!

Great week in PTown!

Randy’s condo was great for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Location was perfect - easy walk to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Everything else as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and relaxing

Randy’s place is clean and comfortable. Just the seaside cottage we were looking for (albeit one the second floor of a three story house). Close to everything yet not in the busiest part of town. Perfect for our week long getaway.

This charming condo set the standard for Covid clean.. I arrived with Lysol, wipes and gloves. There was no need to use them... the new sheets and fluffy white towels were a delete..thank you

Perfect Location

The condo was ideal for us. Very accomidating for our needs. A very short walk to galleries, restaurants and anything, anyone could want and need in Provincetown. A very clean and comfortable place with all the amenities and kitchen utensils available. The shower/tub was a bit small but we made it work. Randy was very responsive when contacted about our friends staying with us. If your looking for comfort, cleanliness and location this is the place. It's not a modern condo but we were OK with that. Our time there was about our relaxation and being with friends.

Great location but a few issues

Although all the paperwork indicated information about accessing Wi-Fi, we were never able colocate the Missilry network indicated. We had 3 separate devices and this network was not available on any of them. I depend heavily on WiFi access as I always have work to do and so, this was a problem. It would also have been helpful to know that there were issues with the key which required quite a bit of playing to get it to work. At first I thought we were in the wrong place. Last, there were instructions to not leave any food behind but when we arrived there were 2 bags of chicken parts in one of the lower drawers of the refrigerator (moved to the freeze) and vegetables in the other. We took everything with us but I did not feel comfortable removing these items. When the place is inspected by the property manager, please do not blame us for these food items that still remain. The key has been returned as per instructions. Aside from these few things, it was perfectly situated for our purposes with plenty of hot water and a comfortable setting so many thanks for that.

Great location / Basic accommodation

We stayed for 6 nights as we were in Provincetown for a Wedding. We were not in the apartment very much which was fortunate as I would not stay here again because it was not particularly clean. I have emailed the owner with the details so perhaps this will be looked at for future guests as it is a shame when the location is so good.

Randy is a wonderful homeowner. The place was very comfortable and location perfect. He and his property manager were extremely responsive when there was an issue with the keys being operative. Our stay was wonderful!

Although not a very large place it has an excellent layout.
Lovely deck off the kitchen. Nice to have breakfast and coffee in the mornings. Beautiful wood throughout.
So nice to be able to walk or ride your bike to Commercial street and the beaches.
