The only hiccup was the grill needed to be cleaned , the flame would not get hot enough cause the elements were all clogged and had to bake steaks cause grill never got hotter then 275 so that wasn’t good but place was great otherwise

While there are many nice things to say about this property, the best is the proximity to the fun and food of P-Town. We loved being within walkable distance to basically everything. This is not a property for those who have mobility issues - we don't, but steps abound! Just a quick note - there is an invisible drawer with flatware. Make sure you don't miss it like we almost did. We were please with the property contact's responsiveness with our questions - one of which was about the flatware location. We would rebook this property for another visit to P-Town!

Wonderful to have parking for 2 cars in Ptown. The host Del Mar was immediately responsive. You need not worry about warm nights with the air conditioning. Next time it would be nice to have a box of tissues available and some body lotion but not a problem with Stop and Shop 3 minutes away. A delightful stay.

Carpet upstairs needs to be replaced. Otherwise property was clean and in good location.

Had an incredible time staying here. Close to everything and easy access to all that Ptown has to offer. Will definitely be staying here again if we get the chance.

We loved our stay here! It was within walking distance from everywhere downtown, and the fenced-in garden was a welcome, peaceful respite from otherwise busy Provincetown. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Great location and stay

This is located just far enough away from the main core that it's quieter but still an easy walk to wherever you want to go. Host was responsive and would definitely come back.

Great house and location

Stayed at this property in the middle of September. Even with the pandemic, we still managed to have a great time. The house was fantastic and the location was perfect!

Cute Coastal House

This house met all of our needs for our short weekend jaunt. The management company was very responsive and we would happily book again if the opportunity should arise.

Great location

The rental was located in a prefect location walking distance from the center of town. The unit was perfect for your group and the little backyard was a great bonus. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location!

This house is in a perfect location in P'Town. Easily walkable to Commercial Street for restaurants and shops as well as several bike rental shops to check out the surrounding area. Parking is easy - right in front of the house. Bedrooms are comfortable and bigger than other properties I've stayed at in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location excellent communication

This property is located in an ideal section of Provincetown close enough to walk or bike everywhere but away from the noise and crowds of Commercial street. Any time I had any question about the property I was able to speak with someone immediately which was incredibly helpful when coordinating a group of friends with different arrival times. Would definitely book again!

First VRBO experience!

This was my first time using VRBO and it was a very easy to understand booking process with excellent communication with the property owner. The house was clean and as advertised. Will certainly use this service again!

Lovely little house!

We had a great stay here. Short walk to town, well equipped kitchen, lovely yard with a fire pit and (somewhat janky) grill. The property managers were super responsive and let us check in a few hours early. Please note: one of the three bedrooms is essentially a bed in a closet (with a window). It's still comfortable; just be prepared.

Small place with uncomfortable beds

The location is excellent but the place is very small, cramped, and dated. The water pressure in the showers is not great. The beds are uncomfortable.

Great Stay

This was a great stay for us. We had plenty of room and a great little yard for our Yorkie. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels and the washer and dryer looked practically brand new. The kitchen was a lovely space as well with lots of seating and nice appliances. It was only a short walk to Commercial Street and there is a cute cafe less than a block away on Bradford. We really loved this spot and would definitely stay here again. The only drawbacks (for some, not us) could be that the living room area is upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs, but we didn’t have any issue with that. Also, the stairs are very steep and may not be appropriate for the elderly or toddlers.

Pleasant getaway in Ptown

My partner and I plus sister and brother-in-law spent a relaxing couple days in Ptown, with this cozy cottage as our base. It was quite comfortable, conveniently located, and well equipped. It's a little quirky with the kitchen and a bedroom downstairs and living room and two more bedrooms upstairs. It could use a little updating on the first floor, but the price is great and it has everything you need. We didn't bring dogs this time, but we're happy to see they're allowed, so we'll bring our furry kids on our next visit!

Great Stand-alone House!

Many properties in Ptown are directly connected to others (multi units, etc) but this one is stand alone. A great bonus. The backyard and outdoor area is perfection for summer rentals. East walk to everything you need. There are some short doorways and edges, so tall people, be ready for a little ducking here and there.

Quaint and exactly what I expected

Super easy to walk to anywhere you needed to go. Within 10 to 15 minutes you could be on the west end at the beach, or right in the heart of the pier. Loved being able to park 2 cars. I would suggest getting baking pans that fit in the very small oven, as the ones stocked would not actually fit, but that being the biggest "issue" goes to show it was a great place.
