Poor property maintenance and many problems!
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We had a series of problems with our cabin that was rented from elk Springs resort. Upon arrival, we could not get into the cabin with the code needed and reached out to customer service. He was able to get us in in a reasonable amount of time. The first night the heat did not work. The maintenance man came out and said it was working, but it was certainly not. They came out again the second day and did get it working. While in the cabin we found that the air hockey table was weird and the puck would not stay on the table. The basketball hoop was missing batteries. The worst of the trip was that after the snowstorm, the property company elk Springs resort basically said that they are not responsible to clean the driveway or property and left us on our own. They offered us to stay another night at an adult reduce straight, but certainly did not offer any solutions on how to get off of the mountain. The driveway was absolutely horrendous to get in and out of the cabin and it should’ve been their responsibility.
