Only a 1/2 mile walk to the new SHARC aquatic center! With this home, you will receive 8 unlimited swim and tennis passes. These passes are good at both the SHARC Aquatic center as well as the tennis courts.

This home features 1900 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 people comfortably (10 max). The master and 2nd bedroom each have king beds. The 3rd bedroom has 3 twins and a full. There are 2 TV's, 2 DVD's, stereo with a CD player and wireless internet. The large deck houses a barbeque and hot tub and backs to a large common area for added privacy. In addition there are 10 bicycles available.

As seen in the pictures, this home backs to a large common area for added privacy. It is not near a busy road. The new aquatic center is only a 1/2 mile from the home. Fort Rock Park is located 3 blocks along the bike path from the house. This is a wonderful benefit for families with children.

Please note that renters must be at least 25 years of age.

Great location

We booked for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Great location! We also enjoyed the use of the bikes and SHARC passes.

Our family had a wonderful time here. Enjoyed the house and Sunriver area, with lots of walking and biking trails. A plus was all of the bikes available in the garage, as well as the SHARC passes. The owner was very communicative and responsive to our needs.

great End of summer stay

House was great and everything we needed. It’s in a quiet part of Sunriver, really easy stay. Towels are limited so recommend bringing your own beach towels for the pool. Other than that house is great and did everything we needed. Great reasonable price for the stay we did.

Awesome house, great stay

We had a great stay! House is fantastic, no problems. It is shaded, and nice and cool despite being hot out. The SHARC passes were convenient. The garage has tons of bikes and other gear. Recommended!

Great Location, Beautiful Home!

This home is so warm, welcoming with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Location is close to walking paths, pickle ball and SHARC where you can get in some fun in the sun! Well appointed home, a wide variety of bikes, hottub and deck to enjoy the morning cup of coffee and evening cocktail! We've already booked next year!

Lovely home

I've stayed in dozens of Sunriver rentals and this is one of the best in this price range. Comfortable furniture, clean home, one level, great location, and lots of bikes in working condition. Don't miss out on this rental. Would definitely stay again.

Great time in Sunriver!

This home was perfect, it had all the amenities we needed, close to everything, and a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our kids loved the SHARC passes, we got to ice skate nearby, go on wonderful walks, and just 20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. The home had everything we needed, was clean and communication with the and check in was excellent. We plan on returning to this home again.

Family Spring Break

Second time we've stayed at this property, and we'll be back! Well maintained, clean house, with large common space that's ideal for family gathering. Check-in, check-out was smooth, and Kellie is very easy host to interact with. Thanks for sharing this property with our family.

Excellent group gathering spot!

Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, clean all over. Fantastic places for large group to gather together (with everyone sitting) both inside and out. Kellie answered all my questions promptly. My family (Cousin Reunion) commented over and over what a great spot this house is. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house; great location

We had such a wonderful week in this delightful home. There was everything possible for fun-?three tables for games and food and puzzles, a garage full of bikes, a perfectly appointed kitchen, plenty of sleeping space and a perfect location. Thanks so much for a wonderful week!

Nice House, close to everything

Nice house with plenty of room. House was clean and had everything we needed. Close to everything in Sunriver. The bikes and Sharc passes will keep everyone busy.

A great house at a great price

We rented this home for our family of 4, then invited my in-laws to join us, so we ended up being 6. It fit all of us comfortably. A nice home, in a nice Sunriver spot, in amazing Central Oregon.

Fourth Year!!!!

It was our fourth year using Kelly's residence! This is a prefect house for our needs. Three kids and Three adults. Walking distance to everything! (SHARC, Village and Fort Rock Park) We will be back!

Get away

Nice home with lots of space. The location was great, just a short bike ride to Fort Rock or SHARC and village. Kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils. The knives weren’t great but made due. I would rent again.

Fun Sunriver get away

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a little warm, no central air, but we appreciated the fans that were set out. There are not a lot of kitchen “extras” but generally the kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of towels. Really appreciated all of the extra bikes so that everyone had one that fit them. Awesome location in Sunriver. Thank you!

Great house and location for our young family!

My family and I stayed in this great house for a week over Christmas and we had a wonderful time! The house was very clean, nicely decorated and in a perfect location. Kellie was easy to work with too. The only reason I gave this house 4 stars instead of 5 was that it was a bit more bare than other houses I've stayed at in Sunriver (I.e. There were no extra blankets for the beds and we had to go out and buy things like a kitchen sponge and scrubber, tissues, etc). It is a great house- I'd definitely stay there with my family again!

Sunriver/SHARC

When we arrived the smell of the cleaning products was very overwhelming. It was very warm outside and the temperature in the house was 85 degrees with no A/C, luckily it cooled off at night. We were very bummed when we couldn’t ride bikes. They had the right sizes but two had flat tires, no stem to fill it with air and one had a seat that was ready to fall off. All in all, we were comfortable and we had a blast with the kids at SHARC.

The house is located in a private area of Sunriver. It is not near a busy road which allows me to relax and enjoy my stay. I have been visiting Sunriver since I was a child and feel it is one of the best places on earth.
