Everything you need is right here in Pine Ridge 11. This updated, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has it all, forest views, a private hot tub, bikes, and a gas fireplace.
What a stunner! Downstairs you'll find an open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combo where the whole family can gather together. There's a cozy gas fireplace and a large TVin the living room for snuggling down for some family time. The dining room has seating for 8 plus three more can sit at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.
You'll also find a queen bedroom with a full en suite bathroom on the first floor.
Head upstairs for three more bedrooms and one full bathroom, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and, a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill accessible via the king and queen bedrooms.
Outside you'll find a private hot tub and back deck with patio furniture to enjoy the forest views with your morning cup of coffee.
When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the path on foot, or hop on one of the 3 adult and 2 kid's bicycles waiting for you in the garage, play some cornhole or mini ping pong. This home provides a 240v/50 amp EV charging outlet for more convenience too. 11 Pine Ridge boasts a central location, making for a short trip to the Sharc or to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, large, open field, picnic benches, tennis, and basketball courts. Great home and location
Overall it was a great stay. The house was clean and had nearly everything you could need in a house. The bikes and activities were a great unexpected addition to the property, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay!
We had a great stay! We had three families with 4 young kids total. The house was set up very well to accommodate all of us. Great communication with the property management company - they were very responsive. Highly recommend for a stay at Sunriver!

Comfortable and clean
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to Fort Rock park. Other than power outages 2 days in a row, it didn’t interfere with enjoying our rental. Other than not being able to use the hot tub due to the outages, it’s a nice place to stay.,
