This recently remodeled condo is an ideal choice for a relaxing family getaway. Situated on the Meadows Golf Course, it overlooks the 15th fairway near the tee box. The location is also conveniently across the street from SHARC and just a short walk along the bike path to Sunriver Village Mall.
For faster transportation, we provide bikes with the rental. Additionally, you'll have access to 6 SHARC passes, granting entry to both the indoor and outdoor aquatic centers. The condo is equipped with a brand new heating and air conditioning system, and a cozy gas fireplace. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV with cable for your entertainment.
The condo spans approximately 1,015 square feet and includes one private primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the loft area offers two twin beds and another full bathroom.
Perfect for up to 4 guests, this pet-friendly condo welcomes your furry companions for an additional fee.

VRBO had not sent us instructions on how to access the property. Max responded to my call quickly and was a great help. The property was remodeled beautifully and had everything we needed. Location and view was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Two minute bike ride to SHARC (with nice bikes at the condo to borrow!), and right on the golf course with a lovely evening sunset view. Good amenities… beautiful leather couches, nice appliances, plush towels. Great communication with the host. Definitely recommend.

Our family had fabulous experience. The location is superb being right across the street from the SHARC and just a short bike ride to the Village. It’s in the middle of Sunriver, in the midst of all the action and yet it feels calm and peaceful. We even saw a fox running across the golf course. The only problem we encountered was that our stay wasn’t long enough

Max was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive and accurate in his replies.Location on the golf course was fantastic.Wish we could have played the golf course just steps off our patio.All of the amenities were available.

This property is an excellent place to stay.Close to the Village inside Sun River Resort, close to the pool and only 10 or so miles from Bend.

Clean, quite, amazing location (1 min walk to Sharc and 3 min drive to The Village), pool passes, grill, hair dryer, washer/dryer, Keurig /coffee, comfortable beds and bedding, luxurious towels, included all the necessities, great layout and my kids could not stop raving about the super soft toilet paper and I loved that there was actual champagne glasses. I would 100% rent this property again and highly recommend!

Two-night stay

The house was so clean and the loft upstairs with twin beds was so fun for our two boys (9 and 6yo). The deck was a peaceful and quiet. The open concept worked so well for the four of us. And the remodel was beautiful! We would absolutely stay again!

Property was great and right across from the SHARC! The property manager was even better driving out at 10 pm after i accidently locked us out of the bedroom. He got the issue resolved in a timely manner, and we had a great weekend!

The condo is very clean. Bedding is great! Owners very responsive. 10 min walk to village. Updated. Back porch onto trail and golf course.

Fantastic value! Clean, comfortable, close to everything, and the condo somehow feels private and quiet even though it is in a large neighborhood of condos. Everything was exactly as pictured and even more charming than the photos. Max provided everything we could need, and the bikes were a huge plus! (Two adult, one little kid, and one 20" kids' bike).

Great Stay/cute place!

Only one big issue. Netflix would work for about 15 minutes and then lose connection. We tried unplugging and restarting with no success.

Beautiful little home, perfect for kids and a dog

The property was exactly like the photos, and it was so warm and cozy. I loved all the local decor along with wood and leather accents. It was also well-stocked with local guides for what to do, points of interest, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The bedding was simple but luxurious. The heated floors were divine. We used the gas fireplace every day. We arrived with our kids and our dog, and it was such a lovely place to stay while exploring the area. I highly recommend the High Desert Museum. In Sunriver, we enjoyed the nature center, the SHARC, the village, and taking walks. This house was perfectly situated for our adventures, right across the street from SHARC and within biking distance of everywhere else.

We love staying here, have previous years as well. We had some issues but they were resolved quite fast.As an FYI, we washed throw blanket in living g room as it had much dog hair. Also, kitchen faucet leaks quite badly.Thank you to Max, he’s excellent!

Excellent stay. Communication with host was excellent. Had an issue with the a/c at first but host was very helpful and quick to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend!
