Great location

This was a great little place nestled in wine country. We were only there for the night, but would definitely stay again for our next trip up the NOTL.

Our stay here was good. It was clean, roomy and the beds comfortable . The only thing I wonder about is their request that we strip the beds and fold the used sheets and blankets and leave on the bed. It was not a cheap place to rent and wondered why that was our responsibility and not the cleaning staff. And why did we need to fold them when I assume they would be laundered. That was the only negative comment I have.

Very pleasant stay!

Since I booked the trip a bit late, I didn’t have a lot of choices in the area of interest. But was very pleasantly surprised with the property, how clean it was and how easy the checking and checkout process was. Nice location, right in the heart of wineries and fruit orchards. Would recommend for anyone that likes the low-key, relaxing cottage vacation.

Amazing Location and Cozy cottage

My family of 4 rented this little spot and we were not disappointed. Ashok was able to answer all of my many questions. It was exceptionally clean. There was lots to do for the kiddos and we were not far from many attractions. We are already planning our next stay for next year.

Overall, the place was clean and well kept. Having to bring our own towels was a bit of a pain, as was having to make the beds ourselves. The location was in the middle of a bunch of other cottages, very close together, so not much privacy.The biggest issue was the thermostat was locked. How can you expect guests to not be able to change the temperature of the room. It was freezing.

Regarding towels and toiletries, these are not included with the cottage rental and this information is clearly outlined in both our listing and pre-arrival check-in instructions. With respect to the beds, fresh linens are provided and stored in sealed linen boxes within the cottage. This allows guests to see that freshly laundered linens have been supplied and keeps them clean and fresh until use. Our cottage is located within a resort setting surrounded by vineyards. As shown in our photos and property description, the cottages are part of a larger resort community. Regarding the thermostat, it is maintained within a controlled range to help protect the air conditioning system from frequent temperature changes and ensure reliable operation for all guests. Instructions for adjusting the air conditioning are provided in the cottage, and we are pleased that our Welcome Centre team was able to assist and promptly resolve the issue during your stay. We appreciate your comments and thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Great Location

The cottage is in a great location, close to the Falls and Village of Niagara on the lake, but in a quite peaceful setting. The park is wonderfully clean and the check in staff very friendly. Communication with the owner was good, Ash was very quick to respond with questions. The bead rooms are small but comfortable and the living space was a good size. We visited as a family of 4 and were comfortable in the space. The children enjoyed the pool and basketball courts, lots of vineyards close by for the adults to enjoy.

Wine country holiday.

The property is excellent. We would definitely stay there again. Was disappointed that there was no cable or satellite tv. I would ask the host to provide broom or mop so that we could have swept the floors before leaving this morning. If a larger family stayed there they would need more than a small, medium pot and a fry pan for cooking. Other than breakfast we ate with family in Niagara Falls so that wasn’t a problem for us.

Clean and comfortable

Trailer park was cute! Accommodations were clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have received an email from her property owner a little earlier in the process confirming some details so I wasn’t worrying.

Excellent location and amenities

Perfect size for w of us and our 6 years old grandson. Short distance to Niagara Falls as well as Niagara on the lake. We had great time.

Family Get Away

We loved this little spot near Niagara. Perfect for families. Lots of great things to do. We were disappointed that the large splash pad area was not open during our stay. Having two small children it would have been better. I was only upset bc before booking I asked if all areas would be open during our stay, and I was lied to. Also I was informed the splash pad would not be open for the entire 2022 season. The kitchen has the bare minimum supplied. It would be nice to see at least a few items to assist in packing; Things like sugar, tea coffee, condiments, ketchup, mustard, cooking oil, few spices.

Girls get away

The cottage was cozy and very clean. Very friendly staff at the welcome center. Owner was quick to respond to our questions and to resolve any issues.

Awesome vacation spot during the pandemic.

My family enjoyed our 1 week getaway from everyday life. The trailer we stayed at was really nice and spacious to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The host was very nice and responsive to our needs. He made sure we enjoyed our stay. The resort itself was well maintained and the staff were all so nice and friendly. The only thing that was lacking was a bit more shaded areas around the pools and the park for the kids to stay cool. We would definitely contact the host in the future for renting from him.

Mattresses in couch and bunk beds unacceptable, mattress in master ok. Everything else was great

If your not sleeping well it affects rest of trip, update mattresses please.
