Welcome to your private stretch of bayfront serenity. Renovated and extended in 2026 this spacious waterfront cottage was designed for gathering, relaxing and soaking in unforgettable sunsets. Start your mornings on the covered wharf with coffee in hand and watch as pelicans glide across the water. Spend afternoons fishing off the dock or taking a refreshing dip in the bay. The shallow shoreline makes it especially enjoyable for children (under supervision of course!) Please note no diving.
In the evening gather for cocktails on the spacious screened porch or the open covered porch and take in the spectacular sunsets.
The property boasts 3 separate indoor seating areas in the main cottage so plenty of space for guests to enjoy different activities. The property has a wide selection of books and games, or you may just prefer to curl up with a good book on the daybed on the breezy screened porch
For those who enjoy cooking we have a new, fully equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances.
The cottage has a principal bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower The third bedroom has twin-beds, The hall bathroom has combined bath and shower.
The property also features a detached guest cottage with living room, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with combined bath and shower, a refrigerator and coffee maker. PLEASE NOTE THE 4TH BEDROOM AND 4TH BATHROOM ARE IN THE DETACHED GUEST COTTAGE.
This is a perfect retreat to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the bay and the stunning sunsets. It is just 15 minutes to all the amenities of Fairhope, one of the prettiest coastal towns in the South with unique stores, galleries and restaurants.
A short drive takes you to the beautiful Grand Hotel at Point Clear one of the oldest hotels in the South where you can enjoy afternoon tea or spend a day at the luxurious spa.
Bring your boat or jet ski and make use of the public boat launch just 500 yards away from the property.

This cottage was a perfect stay for our family of seven...the screened porch, the large living area, open kitchen and dining...it was perfect...so much room to sit and be together..so much room to be separate! Furnished and equipped with everything we needed.

Stay on the bay
A wonderful location and a quaint bay cottage. We greatly enjoyed a relaxing and fun vacation.

Wonderful place to stay with family!
This is our fourth family stay at this house, and we always have a wonderful time! It's a great location and perfect for a family vacation. Monica is incredibly responsive if you need anything as well!

Great location and Sunset
We had a a great time staying here and spent the majority of the trip on the wharf. Fairhope is such a great town and only 10min away.

A perfect home and pier on Mobile Bay
This home was a perfect place for our family vacation.
The pier provided a place to fish, crab and swim. Would love to spend our next family vacation at this lovely home.

House was great for what we were looking for. Laid back, good view and well equipped.
Enjoyed our stay. Other reviews spot on. House cute with nice pier for great sunsets.

Golf getaway
Very pleased with the property - after playing golf every day, a restful spot to greet us upon our return; pods of dolphin and trying to see the beautiful sunsets were a bonus!

Quiet Place to Relax
This is a wonderful place to relax for a few days. Sunsets are absolutely perfect when sitting at the end of dock. Cozy, quiet, & clean!

Great Place!
The home was wonderful and the property manager so helpful.
Convenient to restaurants and town, but quiet and peaceful. Clean, comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The sunsets over the bay were spectacular. Great neighbors too. Will definitely stay again.

CHARMING COTTAGE WITH INCREDIBLE SUNSET VIEWS
Wonderful Girls Weekend enjoying wine, conversation and cooking in this very cozy cottage! Sunset views were breathtaking! Very close to town for shopping and dining! Will definitely return again!

Stay at the Bay
My wife and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The property fit the bill 100% Grest walks and quite sunsets. Perfect weekend away
