Great spot, across the street from the water. Large, spacious in and out. Great for hosting a gathering. Close enough drive to downtown Fairhope. Grocery shopping nearby as well. A/C was ice cold. Outside seating area on deck was a huge plus. Enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for our group!

We had a great stay at the Scenic House! We had a group of 9 people - 2 families with some adult children and teens. The game room was perfect for the young people and all the living space was plentiful. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the porch and the fenced-in yard. Would love to stay again!

Great for extended family

Our family came from CA & TX for a wedding at the Grand Hotel. This was a great property for our toddler grandchildren and our preteen niece. They had plenty of safe and secure play areas with the fenced backyard, the gazebo and large covered porch. The inside rooms were large enough for additional family to join us for lunch and dinner. The property was very clean and well maintained and nicely decorated.
