This 3500 sq. ft. home is located on the North End of Carolina beach near the fishing pier. This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and is walking distance from public beach access. It includes views of both the beach and the bay! Perfect for a family getaway.

Sleeps 12: One King bed, three Queen beds and four Twin beds. Two full bathrooms on the main floor and two full bathrooms on the top floor. Two laundry rooms: one on the main level and the other on the top floor. Spacious kitchen with a large island. Bonus room includes its own kitchenette. Parking for 5 vehicles.

Newly updated: 1st floor painted, new water heater and new furnishings.

Great place to stay

Home was still under remodel but a great place to stay. Will recommend for another vacation

Deferred maintenance

The exterior and interior have quite a bit of deferred maintenance. The home is spacious and that suited our large family but the furnishings were sparse. Not enough dining space for 10 people. One broken bar stool was in the corner when we arrived. Lots of light bulbs were burned out. Interior painting needs some work. Kitchen was well stocked. Bonus room with ping pong and foosball was great for the kids. Furniture on front porch was not in good condition and was not what was pictured. Parking was great which is hard to come by at this beach! Although some things did not meet our expectations, we had a good stay!

Second row treasure

There were six of us, but the house could ***easily*** hold more people (we had a whole bedroom we did not use + two twin beds). The view of the ocean is simply delightful--the owner's pictures really don't do it justice. You can watch the sunsets and the sunrises (don't miss the roof deck). There are two sets of washing machines, and the kitchen had everything we needed (coffee maker, filters, blender, utensils, and even a bread machine--wish I'd known about that beforehand...!). The owner even supplied a grill, which we used for burgers, steaks, and smores. He supplied four beach chairs, an umbrella, and four beach towels. There ae some games, but the only one for teenagers and adults was Jenga. Be ready to climb stairs to get to the door--we didn't mind at all, but some might (believe me given the views, the stairs are ***totally*** worth it). The home was cool and comfortable, and internet is great (we streamed whatever we watched on TV, which wasn't much, given all the things to do). It is super easy to access the beach, though for better "beach position", it might be better to go past the pier or to hike a bit down the street toward Carolina Beach (we found one day that the combination of the erosion and tide made for waves touching all our stuff). We saw fireworks on Thursday night in town, and had amazing donuts. If you go away from town and toward the pier, there is a cute little bar/restaurant which I would have loved to visit, but we just didn't have a chance. The owner was very responsive, even for minor things, which I appreciated.

Beautiful place to stay

We loved the location of this property! The condo itself was huge and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the pool table/foozball table. There were just a few minor construction items that need wrapped up but the owner said they are worked to get everything completed. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Matt!

Okay but needs a lot of work.

This is a HUGE home that worked out well for our family. However, it appears they are in the middle of doing upgrades/renovations. We paid a premium price not the price for a unit going through upgrades. The master bedroom was missing blinds on one window. There were no curtains or blinds over door facing street. There was no tv in Master Bedroom. Huge empty wasted space where there could have been a chair or something to sit on. No closet in master to hang clothes on. You have to climb several flights of stairs to get inside unit. The stairs are treacherous!! The vertical boards are loose. When our 5 year old grandson would grab those to help get up the steps the would just come loose in his hand at the top or bottom. Top of the stairs, motion light was not working. Did not feel safe going out at night. There was only furniture on one of the decks. Deck off back of the house, master bedroom and top of the unit had no furniture. Upstairs family room had an empty space with a piece of carpet cut out and laying in the floor...looked like it was covering up something. The good...kitchen is extremely well furnished!!! Air fryer which came in handy and we loved having available. A griddle for cooking breakfast which was great for our large family! Well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, etc. Lots of sleeping spaces. Having two family areas was great as well. There were times the guys wanted to watch one thing and the gals or our grandson another. The views were amazing from all the decks!! Even though it was November the weather was nice enough we could sit outside on the deck and get fresh air. With some work, this place could be amazing to stay at!

A nice week at the beach

The house was in a great location with easy beach access and nice enough for what we wanted. Manager was east to get in touch with. The biggest issue was there not being any curtains in the main bedroom, so no one could sleep in it because the sun came right in at sunrise.

2nd row gem Carolina Beach House

Spacious , bright house near the beach. We loved being able to sit on the decks and always hear the ocean. Matt was very responsive to any of our questions or concerns.
