Good facility but need to update amenities such ice (icemaker not working, no dish washing soap,Kleenex. Very roomy facility and pleasant surroundings.

Thank you for the kind words about the home and surroundings. We will address the dish soap; we’re sorry it was low and wish you had said something if you were in need. Thanks for the recommendation on Kleenex; we will consider adding that in addition to the TP and other paper products that we provide. On the ice maker - unfortunately the kitchen configuration does not support one given the location of our water lines in the 1859 home that was later retrofitted with plumbing. The freezer does offer tray ice cubes. Thanks again, we hope you return.

Great location, so convenient to downtown activities and surrounding area. We loved the experience of staying in a historic home and it was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. My MIL has limited mobility. There was one step at front door and needed alittle help to get on it. But otherwise she was able to move freely around the home with her cane. Host was responsive and accommodating.We would stay here again on our next visit.

It was so Interesting to learn the history of Enderly! It is in a safe and beautiful neighborhood in northern Charlottesville. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay.

This English basement with its spacious porch was one of the best places we have ever rented. The hosts were easy to communicate with and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the large table seated six. Relax on the porch and listen to the birds sing. Location! Location! Walkable to Downtown Mall or minutes away by car. Easy access to and from I-64 and 29 N. We will be back.

We had a great stay, although we were not at the house all that much. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. The house is interesting and cozy, good week-end. Thank you for your care.

Couples weekend

Long weekend visiting wineries and a few historical stops. House was perfect to walk to pedestrian mall for meals. Super close to many wonderful wineries.

Great location/Great for 2 couples

We loved our weekend here. The basement apartment is perfect for 2 couples. Grat kitchen and good sitting room. All was as described online. Will stay here again.

Felt like home!

The apartment was very cute and felt very homey. The hosts were extremely nice and easy to contact. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was great! We are considering staying here again when visiting Charlottesville.

Great Historical Charlottesville Location

We had a great weekend stay at the Enderly. There were 2 couples in our group and we were very comfortable and had all we needed. We especially liked the outside seating area. Communication with the host was great. We would absolutely return and recommend.

Loved this English basement. Very spacious, clean and well-appointed. Check-in was easy. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would want for a stay. We didn’t cook, but the tools were all there. Bathrooms were very clean. The location was exceptional; cute neighborhood and easy access to the highway. Highly recommend a stay.

Traveling with 95 year old father.

Convenient location to visit Monticello with a handicapped parent. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and interesting historical house with nice covered outdoor space.

Clean and tidy property---absolutely perfect for two couples spending time together and getting to know the lovely Charlottesville area. Super-responsive host to our questions and laundry needs. We enjoyed the large kitchen for starting each day's adventures. It was a treat to spend time in an historic 1850s property (with a few modern flourishes) to get a taste of living in that era.

What a wonderful apartment, in a beautifully restored historic home! The "English basement" was a warm and spacious home, with 2 cozy ensuite bedrooms, clean and comfortable, as well as a large country kitchen and separate living room. The host had provided sightseeing brochures and links, and restaurant recommendations, as well as kitchen and bath staples. The parking spaces were convenient and right next to the apartment, and the host responded almost immediately to a few quick questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment for other travelers EXCEPT during my future UVA reunion weekends! Thanks for the hospitality.

Lovely property

All four people in our party enjoyed our stay at this historic property. It was clean and well furnished. The linens and beds were comfortable and the property was within easy driving distance of wineries and downtown Charlottesville. Overall, two thumbs up.
