Clean, spacious and well stocked, this home is conveniently located in a friendly walkable neighborhood. There are nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping options. The historic river village of Fairport Harbor is just a few mins away w/ a dog friendly beach, kayaks and paddleboard rentals. Mentor Headland Beach is close, and known for excellent beach glass hunting. Cleveland and wine country are w/in 30 mins in either direction. Geneva on the Lake offers go carts, zip lining, putt putt, etc...

We started our rental business back in 2012 and recently added short term rentals to the mix. It has been a blessing and wonderful experience. The people that we meet, and host are each special in their own way. This business has allowed us to give families a place to come together, slow down, and enjoy life’s moments. We have 3 wonderful children that also help in special ways with our guests as needed. We also cannot forget our amazing four-legged companion, Roscoe.
