About this space
BRAND NEW! Enjoy gorgeous lake views and breezes while making memories with family and friends in this totally renovated 1920's cottage. This is NOT on the lake. It is a Lakeview across the street. A private back yard includes a picnic table, fire-pit and 2 bikes.
The space
The open concept space is great for entertaining family and friends with 50" HDTV TV in the main living space. Start your day at the coffee bar, and end it at the large granite island with dinner in the modern high end kitchen featuring a new gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave should you chose to stay in rather than go out to one of the many fine restaurants. 2 private bedrooms with TV's. The luxury bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and double sink vanity.
Guest access
You will love the proximity to 2 lakefront parks, several restaurants and bars in walking distance, and the 7 minute car ride to historic Downtown Willoughby with its many restaurants, bars, live music venues, art galleries and boutiques.
Other things to note
The highlight is an authentic 1953 Seeburg 100, “Happy Days” juke box and Record player.

Cute and cozy cottage near the lake. Close to everything you will need. We checked out several of the local restaurants and tourists spots and were not disappointed, Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the host. We would stay here again.

Anthony was a great host personally reaching out making sure we were able to get into the cottage okay and seeing if we had everything we needed. He was quick to correspond and respond. The cottage overall was great and clean! I might suggest there be a few more wash clothes and hand towels for the bathroom for guests staying longer periods of a week or more. Loved our stay!

I appreciated Anthony’s kind and prompt communication! The home is very welcoming, beds comfortable, kitchen and bathroom are lovely. A bonus was that we thoroughly enjoyed watching wildlife out the back window! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

My family had a great stay at this house. It’s conveniently located and communication was great. The beds were comfortable and that was a plus. We will be back again!

Very nice place, perfect for our visit. Anthony the host was very friendly and attentive. One of the top kitchens in any of the rentals I’ve stayed in. Close to Lake Erie and so much to do. Would stay again:) Thank you!

Cute Cottage

We enjoyed this house! The neighborhood is quiet! You can see Lake Erie from the front windows! We played records from the house record collection and danced! This house has everything you need! The beds are comfortable! The house finishes are gorgeous! Anthony was a gracious and helpful host! Try breakfast at JT’s down the street and ice cream next door! We will definitely stay here again!

Cottage with musical character of the owner!

Cottage had been redone on the inside and was adequate for our needs. Horrible weather storm went through towards the end of our stay. The cottage lost power for a number of days making it impossible to continue the stay and we ended up in a hotel for 6 nights.

The weather unfortunately was out of my control and due to the downed tree and loss of power. I was able to reimburse the guest for those days of their stay.

Misleading property pictures

Pictures posted on VRBO by owner were very misleading. Owner took pics of lake suggesting that it was lake front property, which is the only reason we selected the place, only to discover that it was a block away from the lake with NO lake front access. Extremely disappointed & deceptive

It was very clear that is was across the street from the Lake. I reached out many times to this guest and he would not respond me. His review was the misleading and deceptive review.
