Very cute little place!!! Host was great too! And wildlife was outside every evening and sometimes in the mornings!! Will definitely be staying there again!!

Its a a interesting home. The main bedroom is not a queen its a double bed. All rooms have window air conditioning which work well but air does blow directly on you in main bedroom. Owner is very nice. The outside of the home needs better maintenance alot of bugs around door ways and in home and its quite pricey for the type of home it is. Overall its a very basic property with a very nice owner.

Peaceful Stay

Great place close to Cleveland sites. Townhouse close to Erie lake, very clean, will organized and hostess was very helpful with our questions. Love the deer in the yard.

Good value and great care

My family stayed here for two weeks while visiting relatives in the area for Christmas. We had two minor issues that the Host handled quickly, so we felt well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy

This is a small space which has the only bathroom upstairs. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean. The host was easy to reach and accommodated our request to check in earlier.

Quiet oasis near Lake Erie

The unit was very accommodating with all the comforts of home. The property manager was responsive when we had questions and responded very quickly and kindly! I came for the eclipse but this unit would have been great for a longer adventure!

Nice and convenient location

The townhome was in a very nice location with beautiful trees in the backyard. It was convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. Most of the house was clean but the kitchen needed improvement. There was a musty smell in the house.

Ac/dc

We came to Cleveland to see Ac/Dc and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.We had an excellent time @ both.Our stay was just right for the 3 of us.Couldn’t ask for more for what we paid.Only down fall was we could see Lake Erie but couldn’t get to it. 😂 Overall this unit was clean and as advertised tv could be bigger, beds where comfortable and unit clean. Went to Trader Jacks for dinner ,the yellow pearch was great. Highly recommend this unit and the community it is in.

Conductive and Convenient!

This space worked well for our small Board Retreat. Although we did not make use of the bedroom, shower or cooking provisions, they were ready to go for us if needed. The super quiet environment was perfect interrupted only by one or two beautiful fawns who passed close by the living room window a few times. A welcome distraction from the intense think-tank mode we were in all weekend,

Beautiful property! I loved everything about it. Quiet , the street dead ends into lake Erie. There was a little patio in the back. We watched deer, and turkey vultures. There's everything you need. Its very clean and well kept. Not far from Cleveland. We went to the Rock and Roll hall of fame and Cuyahoga valley national park among others. It was a great vacation!!!!!

Were in town for 4th of July to visit friends, location was convenient. Home is old but was clean. Beds were comfortable, bathroom is very small. Was a hot weekend and the window air conditioners upstairs were too much for the breaker to handle. Came home Saturday night to a dark hot upstairs. Got everything running but decided to pack up and leave. Guest contact did not respond for 3 hours and Evolve wont refund the night but have given a one night credit that I will never use.

Quiet rustic place

The house was very old but clean. The air conditioning is 3 window units and we came in the middle of a heat wave so they were definitely working very hard to keep the place cool.Internet rarely worked. I texted the owner multiple times about it. He did end up getting it fixed, but it was typically in the middle of the night. The beds are very soft and lumpy. There is no dishwasher. Overall, it wasn’t terrible. It was a clean place to rest our head, however, it wasn’t someplace that we felt like hanging out at during the day. It was difficult having no Internet and having teenagers, especially since there was no cable or DVD player or anything like that to keep us entertained.

From the owner: "Hello Jillian, The A/C issue during the heatwave has been corrected. Still dealing with the Internet issue with the provider due to the remoteness of the 4-acre parcel. We are on top of it even through the night, as validated in your review. I apologize if the firmness of the bedding isn't to your preference. The description doesn't include a dishwasher. I apologize if the wooded scenery, huge grassy area, and distant lake views aren't to your teenagers' expectations. I will follow up on your recommendations and provide, in addition to the patio table and chairs, outdoor lawn chairs. For indoor entertainment, video game systems, board & card games."

First of all the property is a good value for the price. I'm not normally overly critical, that being said there were a few issues. Number one the curb appeal leaves a lot to be desired. The exterior was dirty and dingy looking. Most of the screens had holes in them. Number two the interior photos are accurate. There was a musty smell which we took care of with some lysol air freshener. It appears to be coming from a leak under the kitchen sink. The interior appeared to be pretty clean, but after walking barefoot around the home the floors weren't real clean, lol. The blinds upstairs all had broken pieces with no curtains to block the light. She see thru curtains downstairs offer zero privacy. We put a sheet over the front window. The area itself was very quiet which we liked. There were plenty of deer, which my wife enjoyed. It seems like it just needs some TLC. There is plenty of closet space but really no dressers to store clothing in. Could also use a new coffee pot as it didn't seem to keep the coffee very hot, sorry I'm a huge coffee drinker and that's important to me. Overall I'd give it a 6 out of 10.

The listing had no photos of the outside of the house, which makes sense because it has no curb appeal at all). The listing did not specify that it was a duplex; I wouldn’t have rented it if I had known. The house needs a good power wash, as it was covered in spider webs and debris. This is a simple maintenance task that would have made a big difference The kitchen was not very clean. I had to clean it before cooking, and had to search for a clean sponge, as the one available on the sink was old and smelled strongly of mildew. The listing indicated that the house has air conditioning, which most of us would assume means central air. Instead, there were window air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room. It was incredibly hot while we were there, and the bathroom was like a sauna. We had tickets to an event, and getting ready was tough because the only mirror in the entire house is in the one very hot bathroom. The first morning we were there, I woke up and went to open the bedroom door to get out, and the doorknob came off in my hand. I had to call my friend to come help me get out and it took some doing! I called our host, and he did come fix it. The primary statement in the listing that drew us to this property was “
