Mill House is a newly remodeled home that sleeps 7 comfortably in beds. It has plenty of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large eat in kitchen and a beautiful sunroom. 4 smart TV’s w/ WiFi access. Big back yard with new deck and grill.
Less than a mile from Turnbow Park on Historic Emma Ave., greenway access is just 1 block away. Perfectly located in the heart of NWA - 20 minutes north to Bentonville/Rogers or south to Fayetteville.

Great House

Lots of thought put into this completely renovated home. So pretty and tasteful! It was comfortable with all the amenities. Super clean, backyard was large with room to run around. Close to where we needed to be. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Family Trip

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family trip. We enjoyed grilling on the back deck and s’mores over a campfire!

Exceptional Property

Loved, loved, loved my stay from beginning to end. Home was recently remodeled and appeared as if they used a talented home decorator! Loved the layout and amenities. Plush linens, handy shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, super comfy beds, and (my favorite) hard-plumbed coffee maker! Hosts were attentive and very gracious. Since it appears we will soon have an incoming Razorback freshman, I hope to make this our “Fayetteville home” and can’t wait for our next stay!

Fun with my grandkids

Thank you for your hospitality. We only had 3 people stay, the other 4 in my party came and visited but did not stay overnight. We enjoyed our stay and will be back when we are in the area. Thank you Sonja

Spacious, Clean, and Inviting Home

I spent 4 days/3 nights with some cycling buddies in Springdale to explore nearby trails and the surrounding areas(Bentonville, Fayetteville) The house was SUPER Clean and spacious. Wifi was great as were the kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, and bedroom linens. ALL quality! Beds were also very comfy and the new Hvac system was perfect. Highly recommend for any family or small group traveling together. Thank you, you guys nailed the accommodations. 100%

Gorgeous redo on this mid century home!

Very well appointed home with the perfect split floor plan for my husband and I to have the owner’s suite and our son and his family the other two bedrooms & bath. Plenty of space for the grandkids to play, inside & out! We didn’t have much time to hang around but the hosts provide plenty to do on a rainy day if you’re stuck inside. Great location was pretty close to everything we needed. Only allowed one trash bag so bring extras with you.

The Mill House is located just a short walk to Historic Emma Ave. in Downtown Springdale. The area is in the midst of a revatilization and is already home to some of our favorite restaurants and shops! We picked this location because we believe once you explore NWA and especially our beloved Emma Ave. you will love our area as much as we do.
