The house and the location were perfect. There was a little bit of a bumpy start but the owner took care of it as quickly as possible to ensure the rest of our stay was great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and communication with host was prompt and courteous. The cabin was just as described.

It was a beautiful place. It needed to cleaned better. Also the air in the basement did not work. I reached out more than once but no one ever showed up to look at it or fix it.

We really enjoyed our time in the mountains.The cleaning crew was not very friendly. We arrived about 3:50. Everyone stayed in their cars. The crew kept giving use dirty looks.They were finished, just packing up their car.The carpets were left dirty along with some of the floors. The cabin could use a little TLC. Washer was hard to use, also the toaster,refrigerator, and stove . The dishwasher doesn’t turn off by itself. The furniture could use some love.The cabin was in a great spot, easy to get around.The large table was great Thank you for hosting us.

Rooten Bananas on counter top which included fruit flies. Sticky spots on countertops and on bedroom night stand. Towels were stained. Batteries to 3 of the bedroom tvs were dead so not able to watch tv. Broken chairs on deck. Never intended to use grill, but if we did, we wouldnt had used it. It was disgusting. The place needed a total spring cleaning. Very disappointed in our total stay in cabin 1719. For 700 plus a night... I shouldnt be responsible for taking trash to dumpster.

Thanksgiving Family Fun

Had a great time, place was clean, plenty of room for 10 people, parking was tight for a truck and 2 cars, garbage disposal had a terrible smell. I would definitely rent it again for our family.

Family Christmas

Great location. Plenty of space for our family. Owner was very responsive. Living room furniture is worn out. Towels smelt like cigarette smoke. After we washed them they were fine. I would stay here again.

Nice cabin

Excellent service from owner. A/C upstairs did not work first night. I contacted the owner the next day and someone arrived to fix it within the hour. Cabin was excellent.

Amazing

Very nice cabin! Loves the location it was so close to everything. The cabin was very spacious and perfect for me and my family. Only thing is we needed more towels from the kids using the jacuzzi often. Other than that 5 stars for sure. Loved it all . Very easy & fast communication

Amazing

Really enjoyed our stay at Big Black Bear. It was in a great location not too far from the main strip but far enough that we didn’t see any traffic or any of the hustle and bustle of it at all. Everything was as advertised and when we reached out to verify of some things we found in our initial inspection, the host was very quick to respond and address what we found. Would highly recommend this cabin and the host. Our experience couldn’t have went any better. We will definitely be back!

Memorable family bonding

6 adults and 2 kids, 11/13. We had such fun being together and being apart. Enough space and things to do to keep us all happy. A really great area and a lovely cabin. Would go again in a heartbeat! Something we all will remember. Thanks for the memories.

Christmas in the Cabin

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids to be comfortable. The cabin location is within a short distance to grocery stores and lots of things to do in Pigeon Forge.

This was a perfect little get away for our friend group! The location was great for pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The property was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. Highly recommend.

We go to Pigeon Forge every year, and this cabin was by far the easiest to get to that I've ever stayed in, also it was very roomy, we had 6 adults and 4 children, the cabin was laid out very well,

Smoky Trip

Our stay was very pleasant, communication with host was very easy. Location is perfect, it’s few minutes away from pigeon forge, has Kroger within short distance. Overall it was a good experience.
