This recently remodeled and updated condo is nestled in the heart of Hot Springs Village. You will be steps from the Coronado Fitness Center, tennis courts, Lake Coronado and a hiking/biking trail. Enjoy your morning coffee off either of the two back decks and listen to the peaceful sounds of a small creek just down the hill.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all new pots, pans, silverware etc... Hot Springs Village has many restaurants inside its gates and many more just outside, Just a short stroll away is an amazing Italian restaurant.

You will have a parking spot right out front of the condo.

We are Dog friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Dogs MUST remain with their owners or be crated if left alone.
There is an $100 pet fee and two dog max. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Upstairs is the living and dining area, kitchen and half bath and upper deck with grill. Downstairs are two bedrooms, the full bath, washer and dryer and lower deck.

There is a Ring Doorbell Camera beside the front door.

Great host!

This place was perfect. I didn’t realize both rooms were downstairs from the main living not that it was a duplex house (attached on only one side) but it was completely fine for us! I just kinda felt bad for the neighbors on Saturday morning bc we got up early to seize the day hiking nearby. The kids loved getting to go play by the creek in the back while we watched from the balcony. Kourtney was super responsive on messages and very helpful with my questions.

Perfect Stay!

Such a great place to call home for a quick trip. Comfortable, very clean, great location. Took advantage of thenearby trails, cute little Italian restaurant, abd rested comfortably. Our host was fantastic and the property is a winner!

Very enjoyable stay!

Condo was very clean and had everything that made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a nice accommodation with everything needed to make you stay enjoyable and relaxing. I will definitely consider staying here for future visits to Hot Springs Village.

Comfy and cozy

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo well equipped with all we needed - including making meals at home for our picky eater! The location was convenient to the neighborhoods in Hot Springs Village. The condo was the perfect size for our family of three.

Very nice property

We had a very nice stay and the property was just as it looked online. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful. The Italian restaurant just around the corner was great. Would stay here again.

Didn’t want to come home

This was my first time visiting Hot Springs and I am hooked. My brother moved to the village last year and he loves it too. So pretty and peaceful in the village - and you feel safe ! This townhome was so wonderful - neat, clean, nestled in the woods but not out by itself. You will have some very nice neighbors in your circle and your pups will enjoy walking around and just sniffing everything! The townhouse is two story, with the bedrooms downstairs, so keep that in mind. My mom is 81 and she did ok, but it was a little difficult for her. It wouldn’t stop us from staying here again though. Such a lovely place and you have everything you need ! The host is kind and prompt to answer. Highly recommend ❤️

Great Experience!

The accommodations went above our expectations. The property was neat, clean and had a homely feel to it. Our dog felt right at home. The owners were wonderful to work with. We definitely will be renting this property again.

Pet-friendly and comfortable!

Comfortable, clean space with everything we needed (and more)! Our pup enjoyed the pet-friendly home and neighborhood. We were close to recreation and near the lake. The host was quick to respond and easy to work with when we had to make a slight change in our reservation. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Relaxing

Great location. Super clean and cute. Walked to food, entertainment, and trails along lake. Comfortable bed. Great kitchen. No condiments at all so bring your salt and pepper. That’s minor for the great place. They do provide good coffee.

Excellent Condo in the Village

This was my first time scheduling a vacation with VRBO. My experience was surprisingly easy. Upon booking my stay , I was able to communicate with the owner and solidify the details of checking in. The condo was exactly as stated and shown in the pictures. The reviews were also very accurate. All the comforts of home, nestled in the woods and mountains. The neighbors were very nice and appeared to be full time residents. We enjoyed the community pool, ate at Debra's restaurant for breakfast and El Jimador for dinner our first night. The Brookshire grocery store right outside the village is clean and nicely laid out. Only a 20 minute drive to the Hot Springs tourist sites and just a short drive to Ron Coleman mining. The Maxwell Blade Magic show as great with a family friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful

The condo was the closest to home you could get.The kitchen had coffee,paper products,cooking oil and seasoning for cooking. I was highly impressed there was laundry detergent, cleaning supplies and extra towels and blankets for my dogs. I loved this place, can’t wait to go back.Hands down the nicest place I’ve stayed! Thankyou for the fresh bottled mineral water in the frig❤️
