Lovely Townhouse in the gated community of Hot Springs Village. Our home has spacious and comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests in a 1300 sq ft 2 story unit. Enjoy a lrg living/dining area, fully equipped Kitchen, laundry room & 1/2 bath down. Upstairs are a King Main & 2 Twin guest room with 2 1/2 baths and an adjoining shower. A covered deck overlooks the trees. Definitely peaceful & relaxing with peek-a-boo views of Lake Desoto. Only 15 miles to Historic Hot Springs.

Updated, clean and well appointed

Great location and accommodations for a quick weekend trip to see all of what Hot Springs Village has to offer. Although an older townhouse was very impressed with the updates to the property, decor, etc. Very well done.

We had a lovely week staying here! It was perfect for this family of 4. The home was very nice and clean. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck hanging out and fishing down by the lake. Perfect getaway and will be back!

Everything was almost perfect the only thing that was out of place was the 2 swings on they had spider webs and bird mess on them everything else was good

Wonderful stay!!!!

The accommodations were great. The only drawback was that the bedrooms were upstairs. I'm not sure if that was in the property description, but I don't recall it. I had double knee replacements last summer, so going up and down the stairs was a challenge, but the condo was well stocked, updated, clean and neat. Very nice back deck and just a very short stroll to the lake.

Golf trip

Went to Hot Springs Village for golf. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The king size bed was very comfortable to our liking.

Great Getaway

Very nice property! Very nice covered porch/deck with a view of the lake. Everything you need is available in the unit plus some. Can’t wait to return.

Great quiet clean safe condo for weekend getaway!

Brought our 13 year old here for a quick solo birthday trip with us. She wanted to check out Coleman’s and Crater Diamond so this was a great location. We absolutely loved the home. Plenty of space for the 3 of us (could have easily brought 2 more kiddos) and super cute and comfy. Owners even checked with us first morning to make sure we arrived with no trouble. Clear explanations on how to enter the gates and directions. We loved the deck! So quiet and peaceful each morning. Thank you!!

Quit & peaceful home

We stayed a few days during spring break. The weather was perfect and we got to spend a lot of time on the back deck. We would recommend this home to anybody who is interested.

Peaceful experience.

The property was more than described. It was clean, and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed the beautiful lake view and sitting on the porch enjoying the serene, peaceful location.

Pickleball Weekend

Great place to stay and relax. The “2 1/2 bath” did not accurately define the bathrooms. Upstairs has a “Jack and Jill” bath that shares a shower so there is only 1 shower in the townhouse. We made it work and would stay there again.

We rented this lovely condo for family visiting from Iowa. there were 2 boys, ages 10 and 11, who fished 24/7, and couldn't have been happier with the location.

Great location for a little reunion

We stayed at this very nice property to be close to several friends from high school (a long time ago). The unit looked freshly renovated and was in excellent condition. There is a nice covered patio as well .we stayed for 6 nights and all we needed was food. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans and food preparation equipment. We’ll be back next year!

Great space for a few people; awesome neighborhood/area; good restaurants and great places to hike close by; 30 min to Hot Springs and National Park. Beautiful area, lovely hosts and we highly recommend!
