We had the best time staying at this house! Views of the water were absolutely incredible. House was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy including the pull out couch. Anytime I sent a message asking questions, they were quickly answered! Loved our stay and hope to book again in the near future!

I responded within 3 minutes of receiving your message that you had no hot water. I tried calling as well to get more information, I received no response through Vrbo messages, texts or calls so had no idea you didn’t get the hot water restored using my suggested trouble shooting. I provide my cell number in the paperwork at the house and through the Vrbo platform, I’d strongly recommend communicating with the host next time you stay at a Vrbo rental as we strive to respond in a timely manner, will address issues such as no hot water until it’s resolved and want you to have the best experience at our property.

We stayed here June 30-July 6 for the opening of scallop season. It was perfect for the 4 of us with 2 boats. The view was AMAZING...loved watching all the boats go by and the beautiful sunsets. Location was great....close to restaurants, springs and easy out to the Gulf! House had all we needed. Check in and check out was super simple. Trying to plan next year's visit and hopefully stay here again!!

This home truly lives up to —The Million Dollar View is absolutely breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We spent hours fishing off the private dock, and it’s the perfect place to bring your boat if you’re planning to go scalloping or explore the nearby springs.The house was clean , well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our family of four. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the beautiful front porch each evening while watching the incredible sunsets over the water.The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful and scenic, yet just minutes from several fantastic local restaurants. If you’re looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway with amazing views and easy access to outdoor activities, this is the place. We had an unforgettable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

Great location and awesome view! Bring your boat, head upstream to swim in the crystal clear spring run and see monkeys on the way or downstream to the gulf. Lots of wildlife - herons, ospreys, bald eagles, dolphins, and manatees. Several options for food - Shelly’s fish house and Crump’s were our favorites. The wildlife state park was great as well, the fishbowl is super cool old Florida.

Clean property and everything worked as it should. Great location just feet off the Homosassa River. We brought our Sea Hunt Ultra 245 and there was plenty of room at the private dock for it :) Being right on the river with the ocean breeze coming in bugs were not a problem. Was also a little surprised how clean the water was for showering, it did not have that slippery well water feel to it. Would recommend to friends and family!Hawk

Weekend stay within family property was amazing.

Beautiful property excellent location. Would recommend this property highly. Clean and and well supplied, boat dock was a plus.

We have stayed here before and always have a great time. We love the location the sunsets are beautiful. The owner and manager very accommodating. Will definitely stay again

Our host did an A job. She had great knowledge of the area and was very helpful with our questions.Access and the view of the river was outstanding. the kayaks were great and we saw many manatees and a pod of dolphins on our two outings. We took the kayaks to manatee pub to put them into the water there and it was an easy paddle to the Ellie Schiller spring/park!We loved the unit, it was comfortable and the view from the deck and living room was great. It was also really nice being right on the river!
