Lovely property and responsive hosts! You don’t need to bring anything except food and drink. Their home is like stepping into your own. Its’s turn-key. We saw deer everyday and enjoyed the pool overlooking the grasslands. There are table and chairs in various spots around the property. Hoses are in convenient places for rinsing off gear and your boat.

We fell in love with Florida’s Nature Coast and are grateful that we can share our place with our guests. It especially nice when our guests enjoy it as much as we do!!

We had the best time at this beautiful, peaceful property. The owners were super responsive when I sent questions. We had fun kayaking, seeing the deer down the street and relaxing in the pool.

A true sanctuary

The property and house were exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed - a place to get away. The view from the pool is truly gorgeous!

Private Atmosphere!

We enjoy privacy as part of our vacations and the home and surroundings provided it! Joan and Pete were great to communicate with prior to, during and after our stay. Would definitely consider making this our destination again!

Beautiful Place

This house exceeded all expectations, beautiful setting, comfortable and relaxing. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and will be back next year!

Wonderful Home

We had a fantastic stay. Quiet and secluded, yet convenient to everything in the area. The private pool was amazing. We felt relaxed and at home as soon as we arrived. Looking forward to returning.
