Large, clean, comfortable home with a boat slip was perfect for our family. Lots of extras (kayaks, pool floats, toys, puzzles) were all great for our kids. Joan was kind and great with communication. Beds and some kitchen appliances could use updating but overall it was a very nice stay.

Everything worked perfect and would come back again had two families of four and the house was super comfortable and living room was comfy and big

Beautiful home and well stocked kitchen.We used the bikes and kayaks and had a blast. The river was perfect and actually got a surprise mom and calf manatee viewing!Very clean and comfy!We will return next time! Thank you !PS. Update master bedroom with newer pillows please. The pillow life has expired!The garage door was making some loud noises and not normal. Might check that out. It did open and close and secure.

The house was beautiful. Everyone had their own personal space. We enjoyed the parks in the area, and the hit of the trip was smorkeling with the manatees. We wouldn't hesitate to rent The Marina again.

Wonderful home and location

We always enjoy staying at this location. The hosts Communication was outstanding and everything was wonderful. Love the boat slips and all the wonderful restaurants on the water.

Large home on short canal to Homosassa River was very inviting and clean with large bedroom on main floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped, and the home layout was very good. The location made it a good home base for excursions to other interesting places in the northern Gulf coast (the "Bend"). The nearby wildlife park was very enjoyable, and Rainbow Springs State Park near Dunnellon was beautiful and a must see. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended!

We stay in Homosassa frequently and this by far has been our favorite location so far.

I can confidently say we will return to this property. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and well equipped for our family.

Short Getaway

We enjoyed 5 nights with beautiful weather. Amenities were great, had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Easy access to nearby attractions.

Such a beautiful home and a great location! The private boat ramp and boat slip rental make it so stress free! Joan is a joy to rent from! She is very detail oriented and so friendly! We will absolutely come to stay again!!

Perfect quiet getaway

Tradewinds is a quaint and quiet neighborhood and a great quiet family getaway. We go scalloping and to the nearby springs. This house is perfectly located right near Homosassa Springs.

Family Vacation

House was great mornings & evenings on the back deck were wonderful ..kayaking out to the river & being able to bring a boat rental right down the canal .. the “grans” felt like they were being Ubered around the river…loved it !!
