Wonderful stay!

Jon is an excellent and very responsive host. His home is beautiful, very clean, well appointed, and organized. All the comforts of home are provided. This is our second time staying at this property and we will be back!

Amazing stay at a beautiful home!

Jon’s home is absolutely stunning - the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a bunch of family coming to visit for my son’s baptism and this was the perfect home away from home - well equipped with everything you could need or want, with plenty of space, comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Great Place for a Family

The house was very clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and well-stocked. It has everything we could have needed and a whole lot more. Jon went out of his way to make our stay outstanding, especially with a 9-month-old. The yard is very nice, the neighborhood is very nice, and the location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again when our family visits Fairfield.

FANTASTIC!!!

Jon the owner was extremely communicative in making sure our stay was a success! And he succeeded!! The home was immaculate and fully stocked. We were 2 couples staying over for a convention in a neighboring city, and the accommodations was exactly what we needed. Quiet neighborhood and shopping/eateries was conveniently nearby. There's no question we will stay hear again! Thank you Jon for a wonderful vacation rental experience! 5 stars plus!

Surpassed our expectations

Our group was myself, my husband, my two adult boys and one of their spouses. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our family. We were attending a family wedding close by.

Fairfield CT

The house was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. It has everything you need if you want to cook from home after catching some fish, which was what my husband and his buddy did one night. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay at Jon’s house!

Perfect Spot!

This is perhaps my favorite of the many homes I’ve rented over the years. The location is convenient to everything and the house is set up very thoughtfully. There are so many nice touches that add convenience and ease to your stay. Extra blankets and towels, soap and tissues in every bathroom, extra toiletries, coffee and sugar, etc. Perfect host, easily available if needed. Jon is friendly and does not ask the guest to do a laundry list of things before leaving! Immaculately clean. Stocked kitchen. Overall a great place.

FIVE STARS!!!

My wife is from CT and we were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family of 6(2 kids, grandparents, and my wife and I). The house was great for everyone, with ample space. We enjoyed having breakfast as a family in the large kitchen and Island. The upgrades to the house were very well done. We look forward to staying here next time we are back in CT. Also, the host was very attentive if we needed anything which we really didn't need anything.

Great home

This house was perfect for our family when in town for a wedding. The home is beautifully renovated with plenty of room to spread out. We also loved the back patio and the close proximity to everything needed.

Comfortable house; convenient location

We rented this house for a week when we were attending a number of family events associated with a wedding in Fairfield. We were three adult couples (no children) sharing the house. Each of us felt we had a comfortable bedroom (including comfortable beds), and the common areas in the house were very spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out and visit. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated having a clean and convenient laundry room. The backyard was very nice and a pleasant place to relax, and the neighborhood was well cared for and quiet and a nice place for a short walk. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was a pleasant house to come home to at the end of the day. Our host, Jon, was very responsive when we had questions and very helpful about places and activities in the local area. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Jon’s house to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay.

Great Fairfield home

This house was perfect for our family (including both young toddlers and grandparents) to stay while visiting family in Fairfield. Great job with the remodel. The house is stocked with everything you might need. Jon was a kind, communicative, and accommodating host. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit family! Thank you Jon!

Beautiful home!

Our family stayed at this house when we were in town for a wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! The house itself has obviously been recently remodeled, and the owner did an amazing job with that. It was perfectly clean, and the owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Second timers

This was our second time renting this property, with good reason. A lovely, modern home in a quiet neighborhood, it's close to schools and a quick drive to other areas of southern CT. Many thanks to Jon for being so accommodating and lovely to work with.

Weekend get away

We had a great time in this cozy, very clean and well stocked home. Ron left us a fresh vase of flowers, water, ice and snacks. He is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend staying in this house.

Beautiful home in wonderful neighborhood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner paid so much attention to detail in making sure we had everything we needed for a 10 day stay during the Christmas holiday while we were in the midst of a move. He had a welcoming wreath on the door, poinsettia's in the house, Christmas dishes and glassware, stockings on the fireplace, everything necessary in the kitchen to start living immediately. Beds were very comfy and the baths were large and clean. The brand new kitchen was a dream to cook in, the only thing I would add is a couple of extra smaller, plastic cutting boards in the kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in wonderful neighborhood!

This home was so welcoming and the anticipation of coming here was worth the wait! Jon did so much to make our family Christmas celebration meaningful and special, that we can't even express how much we appreciate his attention to detail in every single matter. He left snacks and foods, water, special Christmas dishes and glasses, poinsettia's, stockings, and many more holiday treats!! His response to my mryiad of questions was very fast, and he handled my every request. The house is well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and personal items. And, everything is brand new and sparkling clean. The design and furnishings are very high end and comfortable. We are close to our daughter and all the best that Fairfield has to offer. Easy access to highways and trains. Couldn't be happier with this beautiful, well styled and appointed home.
