This three-bedroom, two-bath home has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful outdoor attractions the Grand Junction area has to offer. You’re just around the corner from the scenic 25-mile Fruit & Wine Byway, Clifton Nature Park and Colorado River. There are more than a dozen wineries and orchards within a picturesque 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride. The garage offers space to safely store bicycles or kayaks. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

The covered front porch and spacious back yard are perfect for gathering in the mornings and evenings. Like most homes in the area, Top of the Trail is kept comfortable with an energy-efficient evaporative cooler and cozy baseboard heating.

We had such a great stay! The property was perfect for our girls weekend, and we truly had no complaints. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and the location was fantastic for getting out and enjoying the area. We had so much fun and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful property. We enjoyed our stay. Pot smell next door was interesting. Cob webs on front of house need to be removed. I tried but the hose wasn’t long enough. Super close to our bike race and wineries and great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. We even were able to pick up the bike path and take a ride Sunday morning before leaving. Property was very clean inside and worked perfectly for the 4 of us. The ability to store our bikes in the 2 car garage was a major plus. Thank you!!

This was a great place to stay with kids. We loved having a park/playground so close. I also really enjoyed the front porch swing for drinking my morning coffee.

This place was PERFECT for our needs! The owner Scott was extremely responsive with communications and the place was very clean and roomy. The kitchen even had a crock pot and air fryer for us! We stayed for 8 nights for the A Girl & A Gun National Convention at Cameo Shooting and Education Complex at nearby Palisade, CO. We immediately booked to stay here again next year (almost a full year in advance.) Thank you!

Just what we needed

Comfortable house in a location that’s convenient to Palisade and Grand Junction. We used this as a home base to visit wineries. Lovely stay.

A Great Place in Clifton, CO

The property was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable, including a garage to park our vehicles in, a beautiful spacious back yard with patio furniture and a propane grill, very spacious living area and well decorated, and in a very quint neighborhood. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great place to stay and great hosts!

The house was very clean and well stocked. You could stay for weeks and have everything you needed to prepare meals, other than the actual food, of course! Host responded to messages very quickly. King bed in master bedroom was very comfy. If you approach the house from I-25, you do drive through a bit of a shabby neighborhood (not sketchy, just older, less expensive properties), but the house itself is in a nicer area with a park less than a block away. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors and had a very peaceful stay.

A central place for the Grand Valley

This home is a great base to explore Grand Junction, Palisade and the Grand Mesa. It was very clean and the owner was responsive. We would go back!

Family Trip

We had a great stay at the bike2wine house in Cilfton. My family was there for our Grandpa's memorial services and to see extended family. Both the house and the location were great with plenty of space and close to Grandma's. Thank you for letting us use your house.

We booked this property to house 2 families for a weekend soccer tournament in Grand Junction. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed including a very nice backyard and patio for relaxing after long days at the soccer fields. Bonus was that is was a short walk to a beautiful park where the kids could play in the evenings. We had a third family join us last minute because their hotel overbooked and wouldn't honor their reservation (nothing else available in town due to college graduation). The owner was very responsive and kindly accommodated our last minute addition. I highly recommend this property for families visiting the area. We will likely book again for next year's GJ soccer tournament. Would also be a great basecamp for exploring all the wineries in the area! We had a great experience with this rental!
