Spacious 3,650 sq. ft home to serve as the base camp for your fun filled getaway in Grand Junction! 3 king beds, and plenty of space for multiple families. Just over two miles to the Lunch Loops trailhead, hiking in the scenic Colorado National Monument, and Redlands Mesa golf course. When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool with beautiful views, and tons of privacy.
Inside, you'll also find two living areas to spread out, a ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of seating to enjoy meals with your group.

Great place in Grand Junction!

Very clean, pool and hot tub well maintained and pool was especially welcome in the heat! Great location also for cycling in town and Nat'l Monument.

Super Clean & Roomy

Great space for our 2 families to spend some time away. The pool area was a hit with the kids and adults alike. Great kitchen as well!

Great base for cycling

Rideable to/from Lunch Loops and the Colorado Monument. Easy drive to 18 Road and other trails around Fruita. The spacious main level is great for larger groups and the amenities are fantastic.

FAMILY REUNION 2023

What a lovely property and beautiful home to relax and enjoy. We have been enjoying visits to Grand Junction for 51 years. Would love to stay here again during our next visit. The owners were great to work with and very communicative!

Great Getaway

Great property up against the Colorado National Monument. Stayed at this property as our base camp for bike rides right out the front door. Easy access to road rides through the national monument and minutes away from mountain biking at Lunch loops!

Great spot for our MTB trip

This was our second stay at this home and definitely not our last. It's clean and spacious with an amazing kitchen and an incredibly large and comfy couch. The views are stunning from every window too. The location is great for a MTB trip - minutes from the Lunch Loops Trailhead and an easy drive to Fruita. This house is hard to beat!

Great family getaway

Wow. This house was so beautiful. It was clean and made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were a blast. The location had a beautiful view of the mountains and had a perfect area in the back for the kids to explore and find lizards and rocks. I would definitely recommend it for a family vacation.

Amazing house and location!!

We stayed here for a family vacation that included a wedding. The house is huge and fit 16 of us easily with plenty of room inside/out, never felt crowded. Great open kitchen for hosting big meals and you can get lost in the couch. Close to the national monument and easy to get so many trails! Hot tub after a full day of fun was perfect! Will gladly stay here again for future visits as will be back for sure!

Extended Family Stay

What a great location and house! We were so busy biking, rock climbing, and hiking. It was wonderful to come home form a full day of activities to a beautiful, spacious, comfortable house and large hot tub. It was perfect for our children (with the ping pong table and foosball) and the grownups.

Beautiful Home in Grand Junction, CO

This house was exactly what my family needed to celebrate the graduation of my son from the local University in town. Maria was quick to text with updates and answers to questions I had. The home is spacious with a fabulous backyard/pool/hot tub. The view is stunning. The beds are amazingly comfortable !! Thank you Maria !!

Just what we hoped for

My family and I were in town for my brothers wedding and we wanted a place where many of us from out of town could all hang out together. The property fit us perfectly. We used absolutely every inch of the space. We even discussed renting the house in the future when we go back for family gatherings!

Beautiful Family Vaca House

This is a was a nice large house, with a large kitchen, big comfy couches perfect for watching a movie after being in the beautiful big pool All day. Its a Perfect family vacation house with beautiful backyard views. The Pool was heated to the perfect temp and clean. Swamp cooler worked great even on hot 95 degree days! The Owners were easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Memories

I can say in all honesty that our group of friends has never stayed in a VRBO house as nice as this!! The owners went out of their way to meet our requests and were always accessible if you had a question. The house is stocked with anything you could need and there's plenty of room for everyone. It's conveniently located for all types of recreation(we mountain biked) as well as dining. We'll be back!

Reunion in Grand Juction

We met. Up with about 40 family members for a four day reunion.. we had several children with our party of ten and the pool sure was fun for everyone.. We had all convinced at our fingertips. Wonderful home to rent

Great Place!

Beautiful views, plenty of space for a large group or family. Pool was nice, and was in a nice quite area. Great getaway for family vacation. Lots of hiking and things to do close by. If you like to bike and hike this place is for you. Renters were easy to get ahold of. Just text and they got you covered. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home! Mike

FABULOUS

We were visiting my daughter that goes to Colorado Mesa University. House was better than advertised. So much room inside, everything was very modern and clean. Outside, the pool and hot tub were just what we hoped for. Very quiet neighborhood. Hubby and son golfed at Redlands golf Club twice while we were there., said course was incredible. We will be back!!!

Annual Trip with College Friends and Family

This house and location was perfect for our annual meet up with two families. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. As the early risers in the group, my husband and I loved sitting out back every day and watching and listening to the quail, hummingbirds, jays and more. Sunrise and sunsets over the monument are spectacular as well. Great location, with access to the trails, monument, wineries, and groceries. Only item that took some getting used to was the swamp cooler, but that was a simple enough fix.

Family vacation

Everything was perfect. Communication with the owner, Maria, was always spot on. The home is spacious with anything you could want home away from home to making you feel comfortable. It was VERY clean. We have stayed at many rentals and this one ranks at the top of our list. Our temps were 95°+ and the pool was an absolute life saver. It's huge and deep enough to dive (this is rare these days), and clean. We weren't familiar with quail. Loved to see them with ALL their babies and we will miss their "chi-ca-do" voices. I would highly recommend this VRBO for moments of memory makers.
