Beautiful home in wine and peach country + views of Mt Garfield & the Grand Mesa
“The Lily Pad”, a stunning ranch home built in 2019, is perfect for group trips or families. Explore Palisade’s wineries, road bike from the house on “the Palisade Fruit and Wine Byway”, go to a festival, a wedding, or the Farmers Market downtown on Sundays. And enjoy amazing views of the Grand Mesa, Mt Garfield, our peach orchard, and our neighbors’ vineyard! In the winter, it’s just a 40 minute (spectacular!) drive to Powderhorn Mountain Resort, a “Colorado Gem” of a ski area!
You will love staying at the Lily Pad because of its’ peaceful country setting, air conditioning, and also the single level (no steps) interior is great with it’s “view windows”, 12’ ceiling, beautiful tile and granite and well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Also, there is artwork from 4 different local artists!
There’s plenty of space, with a 3 car garage, large back patio and large driveway, there’s even room for your trailer or RV as well!
There are 4 beds- a king, 2 queens and a double. Outside there’s a gas grill, and a fenced-in backyard for your dog.

This property was even better than the pictures. Beautiful scenery, the house was very clean and organized and communication was prompt and friendly. We loved our stay

Beautiful and comfortable property! The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The views are stunning, especially early spring when the trees are blossoming! The location is convenient to restaurants, wineries, and the local palisade rim hike. We had a great time and would love to return!

This is one the best properties we have ever stayed, and we've stayed in a lot. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The property manager communicated every step of the way, and she was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, one of the best maintained and managed properties we've experienced.

The house was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the back patio and being surrounded by peach orchids and grape vineyards. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Lily Pad! What an amazing house and such a great location. It was very big and well stocked through out the house. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen, which made it easy for cooking at home. We were there for a ski race at Powderhorn and it was an easy drive to the resort. We would stay here again and highly recommend this house.

Here’s a polished but friendly review you could leave for your VRBO stay:⸻We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect—close to all the activities we wanted to do, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. This house is stunning! Beautiful views from both the front and back. Situated on a lovey peach orchard. Bikeable to several wineries. Quiet and peaceful. Owner was pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed there before and we love the place. It’s beautiful and clean and very spacious. We have dealt with Deb both times, and she is great, she listens and helps you with any concerns you may have. Deb is very easy to talk to.

Fabulous
Beautiful new home. Loved the kitchen appliances. Found it spotless. Plenty of towels and toiletries. All important things to me. We had a wonderful time in Palisade.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving family vacation. The house was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel welcoming from the moment we walked in.The kitchen was especially impressive—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our entire Thanksgiving meal without a single hassle. From bakeware to utensils to plenty of counter space, it made hosting and cooking for our family so easy and enjoyable.The layout of the home gave everyone space to relax, and the outdoor areas were just as lovely. It truly felt like a home away from home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the holiday together. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

I’ve rented quite a few properties from both VRBO and other property rental companies and this property was the absolute BEST one! It was perfectly located, modern, well appointed and clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. When I contacted the property manager to ask if we could check out an hour later than normal so our grandson could be fed before leaving, she didn’t hesitate to extend our check out time. If/when we return to Palisade, I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home! Very spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The area was so peaceful and relaxing, yet it was just a few minutes drive to any store you needed. And Palisade is an adorable little town! Deb was a fantastic host - very communicative, attentive, and easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone heading to the Grand Junction area.

We have lived in Breckenridge since 1990 and needed a warmer climate, so buying the LilyPad allows us to afford to enjoy both locations.

We love living outside of town in this agricultural area where it’s nice a quiet and we have space, plus the views are truly incredible. We own the peach orchard too so we get peaches! Unfortunately we can’t allow anyone in the orchard.
