Property Address: 502 Island House, Bethany Beach.

Unit is a 3 bedroom condominium on the 5th floor of a beachfront building. Spectacular views of the ocean and beach from the master bedroom and living room. The 1/2 mile long private beach and huge swimming pool are steps away from your elevator. Three short blocks away is the world-class tennis community of Sea Colony.

Tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, a bunk with full trundle and pull out twin bed in the third bedroom,. TV/VCR in living room and master bedroom. Have your breakfast on the spacious balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean.
Linens and towels as well toiletries are provided.

Sea Colony is the premier family beach and tennis resort community located in Bethany Beach, Delaware.

Owners and guests have exclusive access to a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 2 pools, 34 tennis courts, world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and the Freeman Fitness Center with an Olympic-size indoor pool and a variety of programs for every age.

A Guest Badge fee (varying from $15.00 to $47.00 depending on the time of the year) has to be purchased for each person over4 years old to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, tennis courts, Gym, transportation system, and two parking permits.

This beautifully landscaped community, with around-the-clock security, has biking and walking trails, playground and picnic areas, as well as trees and parks. Surrounded by wide open spaces on nearly all sides, there is a sense of peace and spaciousness.

And yet the community is within walking distance to quaint shops and services and only minutes away from tax-free outlet shopping at nearby Rehoboth Beach. Golfers can spend days on the region's many championship golf courses.

Thanksgiving Stay

The property was great and as advertized. Lots of construction going on but if I hadn't seen the trucks I would be unaware as there was no noise. I would definitely rent this unit again. Only thing is you need more spatulas....

Island House Getaway

I felt like I was in a resort...great location, beautiful view, fully loaded kitchen, big screen tv with comfy furniture to relax, plenty of space for the family and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for the week!! Loved those little touches like soap in the bathroom to detergent for the dishwasher!!! Well Done

Another Fabulous Weekend!

We just booked again for our 4th year in a row. Cannot say enough about the fabulous location, cleanliness of the property, and the considerate touches like shampoo and conditioner, laundry and dishwashing supplies. The house is so well equipped and the updated furniture is wonderful. The hosts have done an amazing job creating this home away from home. So looking forward to coming back in September 2025!

Great time!

Amazing location and views! Cannot beat the location! This is our third trip to Sea Colony at Bethany Beach but the first time staying in the towers on the beach. It is so worth it! We only had two minor “issues”. The first was some of the cabinet doors were not attached tightly so I had to tighten some of the screws. Easy fix. The second was that the place did. It seem to have been properly cleaned. The floors were not swept and the outside balcony was clearly not vacuumed. There was visible dirt all over the floors. I do not hold the owners responsible for either issue. They pay a company to clean and it clearly did not do its job. We had friends staying at another place in the towers and they had the same cleaning issue. So, issue is with the cleaners. But it is an issue since we pay a cleaning fee. All that being said, the place fit our family of 6 well and we would stay again.

Family Fun Get Away

We had an awesome time at Bethany Beach in the Sea Colony community. There were a ton of activities for the kids to do and we had a blast. It was a very clean and safe environment. The condo was beautiful and a great space for us to spend family time. The view from the condo was amazing and my family and I enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful beach escape

We love staying at Sea Colony. The complex itself has much to do if you don’t want to leave the property. But the condo was the perfect size for a large family. Would stay there again.

Lovely spot to take in the ocean views and relax

My adult son and I spent several days relaxing and looking at the ocean while staying here. There were no surprises - place is exactly as explained on the rental site. Everything was working well and access was easy. It was off season and there were very few people at the whole complex. As two people, we had plenty of room. would be limited the the dining table and on couch

Another super stay

Unit is very very clean and well appointed. They really think of everything. Bed is super comfortable. Location is wonderful with terrific views of the ocean and a perfect balcony for watching the sun rise. Easy walking boardwalk, restaurant, and bars. We already booked again for next year. The assigned parking spot is extra large and close to the entrance. Good for large vehicles or those with mobility issues.

Great location

Property was fine, albeit it a bit dated and not as clean as it could have been. I do recognize it’s difficult to keep a beach front property. the description is accurate, if you are looking for location, it’s great, but if you want a well appointed condo, you are likely better inland at Sea Colony for the same cost.

Great location and view! Well equipped kitchen. Living room couch needs to be replaced, very “saggy” and worn. Owner response to plumbing issue was great. En suite bathroom tub could use an update Overall great unit
