We had a great time! The unit was immaculate and modern. The location was fantastic -- steps to the beach. The view of the ocean from the balcony was gorgeous. The a/c worked great and on cooler days, we got to enjoy the ocean breeze. Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were super comfy. The host was easy to work with and very communicative. We'd love to return. We had a wonderful vacation here.

Absolutely phenomenal oceanfront condo. Amazing location by the beach and pools. Easily walkable to Bethany Beach boardwalk and many shops and restaurants. The condo is bright, comfy, and spotless. We loved our stay here and can't wait to return. Thank you to our awesome host, Stewart!

Great Location and everything as described, perfect for a family getaway!

Great communication, was very happy with the location and proximity to beach and restaurants across the street. Storage locker for beach gear was really helpful too!Would definitely stay again!

Communication with Stewart was excellent. The condo was perfect for me and my wife and we had a great time relaxing there. It was well equipped and super clean. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location is great. Beautiful views of the ocean. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Loved it there. You can walk across the street to good restaurants .

We had a wonderful stay - Stewart’s place was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Also, watching the sunrises from the balcony was priceless!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Stewart’s condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and his communication throughout our stay was outstanding. We truly appreciated his helpful tips on resort activities, local restaurants, and general recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from him again.

Love this condo! It's very well equipped, clean and nice location. Woke up early one morning and got to witness the sunrise from the balcony. Will definitely be staying here again.

This condo was way more than expected. It listed as a 10 review and it was a 10. Such a beautiful ocean view and sound plus great location. Could walk to amazing restaurants, beach and boardwalk. Stewart is an amazing Host. Would definitely visit again and again.

Fantastic stay

Everything was perfect. The condo was spotless and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Stewart was great with communicating and answering any questions. Highly recommend and will definitely look to book again!

Perfect Location with Stunning Views

We couldn’t ask for a more ideal location to spend the Fourth of July with family and friends also staying at Sea Colony! The unit was exactly as described, the view stunning, and the host responsive (hiccup with the entry code that was resolved within 2 hours despite the host being on vacation overseas).

Excellent condo and view!

My family stayed here with 2 kids under 6 recently. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, bright and well-appointed. The view was perfect. Stewart was helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!
