Excellent location, excellent host, beautiful view, well decorated and equipped condo. Owner is super responsive to any and all questions you may have. The only thing I would like sea colony to know is the water wash off stations at Chesapeake section was not on. Very disappointed to not be able to wash off sand prior to entering our condo. Sept 30 to October 4th was our days of stay. Off season or not, we were not able to wash off feet from beach.

Hi I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at my Sea Colony Condo. I would have thought outside water at beach entrance would still be on this time of year, as not freezing temperatures. Sorry for the inconvenience. Stewart

We had a great time! The unit was immaculate and modern. The location was fantastic -- steps to the beach. The view of the ocean from the balcony was gorgeous. The a/c worked great and on cooler days, we got to enjoy the ocean breeze. Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were super comfy. The host was easy to work with and very communicative. We'd love to return. We had a wonderful vacation here.

Perfect Location with Stunning Views

We couldn’t ask for a more ideal location to spend the Fourth of July with family and friends also staying at Sea Colony! The unit was exactly as described, the view stunning, and the host responsive (hiccup with the entry code that was resolved within 2 hours despite the host being on vacation overseas).
