Lovely . enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the balcony. The host was truly exceptional with phone calls and providing so much information. My first time visiting beach off season and so.peacwful.

The communication before and during our trip was great and check in was smooth. The view of the ocean was a million dollars. We so... enjoyed, from the front and center balcony, watching the ocean. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed, I actually forgot to get the name of her plate set. We had a minor problem and my friends were impressed that it was addressed immediately.The TV worked with no problem, something I worry about when staying on the beach and we could also stream. I was quite a pleasure working with Beverly and Janel. I plan to return next year.

Second time at this condo. Have enjoyed Sea Colony almost 20 times over the years. Both this condo and the complex are in good condition. Plan to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach! The condo and location were even better than the pictures. We loved being walking distance to the beach, and being able to see the sunrise on the balcony every day. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was excellent with communication both before and during our stay. We appreciated all the information sent to us prior to our arrival that made checking in easy. We had questions that were quickly answered during our stay. There were plenty of activities near by, making it easy to enjoy the beach and the area without having to go far. If we wanted we were able to walk into town without having to think about parking.This was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend to others looking for a vacation in Bethany Beach.

The view was beautiful from this spacious and clean condo. We were able to step out on the balcony and watch the dolphins swimming by. The host was extremely informative with the directions for check-in and check-out and gave great recommendations for places to eat. We had a great time. Only thing that would have made it better was warmer weather.

Really can't say enough good things about this stay. The owner is incredibly thoughtful and helpful with any and all questions and very accessible. The condo was even better than the pictures let on - comfortable, classy, homey. And that VIEW. It was chilly when I was there, and even that didn't dampen the enjoyment of the ocean, sunrise, etc. Everything we needed was there. Recommend to anyone seeking to escape to the sea and salt air.

Great location

Great vacation spot - beautiful ocean view, easy access to pool, beach and other amenities. Right down the road from Bethany Beach and other towns in the area.

Very Clean. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed. Sea Colony indoor pool and workout facilities were used everyday.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful week. The condo faces the beach and there is a spectacular view from the balcony. It’s clean and has all the comforts of home. I would definitely recommend this as a vacation spot!

We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean.Watching the sun rise was wonderful!

Everyone enjoyed the place and had plenty of room for themselves. Sea Colony is located near many restaurants and activities while still being a quiet and beautiful place.

Million dollar view!

My family greatly enjoyed this condo! We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and the very short walk to the beach and tennis/basketball courts/pool. The owner was very responsive and so kind!

The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Access to the beach was easy and took about 3 minutes. We watched the sunrise from the balcony or the beach each morning. The condo had everything you could possibly need - I was delighted to find a coffee grinder. Beverly was helpful, accessible and gracious.

Great Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was clean, comfortable and provided us with what we needed while being away. You can't beat this location for access to everything.
