We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Joey was very responsive and was very accommodating when we needed to change our travel plans due to the hurricane. The house was very clean and well stocked. We even had everything we needed for beach trips. The attention to details made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. The location is a quiet neighborhood convenient to the beach and shopping. We highly recommend Joey's Place.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, it was very close to the beach. I enjoyed my time at Joey's place, and i would highly recommend this residence.

The house was very clean and well appointed. It’s so close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. that it’s an easy, short trip to get to just about anything. We messaged with Joey throughout our stay and he always responded very quickly and was very accommodating. Overall a wonderful place to stay and we would easily recommend staying here to friends and family.

Great property with everything you need!

I have nothing bad to say about anything related to our trip. The property is very clean with lots of modern touches to make the caction experience seamless. The house was super clean and the host was very communicative with me the entire time. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in cloae proximity to the beach.

Perfection

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Very clean with all the amenities in a great location. All of the smart features along with an awesome pool make this a great place to stay. All of that being said we have stayed at many VRBO’s in the past but have never had a host come close to the level of hospitality and generosity of we experienced with Joey! If you are looking for a beautiful modern home with the best host you will not be disappointed!

This was the perfect cozy home away from home! There was thoughtful touches throughout the home making it cozy and warm feeling! Pool was perfect! Beds are comfortable in all rooms! Centrally located close to a lot of attractions! Joey was easy to get In touch with and communication was great we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at joeys place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was fantastic—well maintained and the perfect place to relax after a day out. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. They responded quickly to every question, provided clear check-in instructions, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
