Perfect Vacation

This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location a PERFECT and the townhome had everything we needed. We spent more time on the sound than the gulf. Water on the sound side was calm and perfect. Plus, it’s literally right outside your back door. The area is quiet and calm with a relaxing atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Family Vacation spot!

This our second time staying at this lovely house! Our boys live fishing off the dock , and we had amazing sunsets , even dolphins chasing fish just a few feet away! The house was the perfect size. Also I Love the short walk to Tom Thumb and the pier.

So much better than the high rise condos on the beach

The sound side is very nice, less crowded. The property is well kept and everyone is nice. The owner was very helpful!

Condo w/ amazing views!

Clean and roomy. A great condo located in Navarre. Great owner and close to everything. We had a wonderful stay and this condo is located in the prefect place. Wonderful beaches and entertainment within walking distance. Grocery store is only a couple mile drive. Destin is only 20 mins away for more great beaches. Glenda was amazing. We will be back.

Review

We were very happy with the location of the condo as to distance to the bay, the pool, the beach, and the pier. Unfortunately the AC went out on our second day and the condo 87 degrees when we returned that evening and Glenda had the repair guy there by 1pm the next day. Great response! However we did feel like the exit cleaning responsibilities list was a lot considering the amount of the cleaning fee charged.

Wonderful vacation

Condo location was perfect. Everything was as described. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. This is a small quiet complex. The only downfall was some of the neighbors who live here full time were not so friendly. Other than that, everything was great.

We loved this location and knew that the condos are older. The host provided plenty of towels which was wonderful. The host was prompt with communication and very pleasant. Overall, we had a great time.

Ok but needs maintenance

Overall we enjoyed the stay, enough space, clean beds, enough kitchen plates, pots and such, kayaks were nice to try out. Location was ok for March, we did lots of walking, but in summer heat, we prefer to stay closer to the gulf side so we do not need to carry all beach essentials in the hot weather. Too many stairs for us. The reason for overall 4 starts is that the unit is very outdated and needs maintenance- little fixes are needed all over, it was inconvenient to have no lights and fan working on bathroom. I tripped a few times on the stairs over the metal edge coming off, and moving carpet. The cabinets and draws are dirty, I had to clean what we used. There is a moldy smell in the basement room and garage. We didn't use that space so it worked out for us. The property can benefit from some deep cleaning and regular maintenance.

Family, Friends trip

Loved the location and fishing pier. Enjoyed using the grill and deck. But there were a lot of stairs and no handrails. Overall we had a great time

Fantastic week!

The best part of this stay was the location. We loved the quick walk or ride to the beach, but had a great time relaxing in the sound which was steps out our door. The ocean toys and kayaks were fun to have provided, and the pool was very convenient. The area was quiet and the place was large enough to house us all comfortably. We will be back!

Great condo and location

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and once again we were so happy with everything. The condo is located in a great place and has everything you need. We had 3 teenagers and 1 pre-teen staying with us and they enjoyed everything, being close to the bay and the ocean are what makes this place incredible. The amenities are just as they are listed and you will have everything you need plus a beautiful view of the sunset every night.

Great location

The house is very nice. The garage was full of beach toys including kayaks, paddle boards, and a lily pad. The dock was great for fishing with the kids and beach access if very close.

Best family vaca

My husband and I took our four children, ages ranging from 7 to 19 and the house was very accommodating for all of us. The extra room in the basement was a bonus, so all of our kids have their own room! The house was very well stocked and very clean. Would most definitely stay again!

At the Beach

We enjoyed being at the beach and in Navarre very much. It is just a few steps to the bay but quite a little hike to the beach. The beach chairs provided are very worn and after toting several to the beach we realized they were completely rusted and broken. We were able to rent some for $220 for two days. The home was clean and provided a nice stay. The host is very good and kind. A few things could use updating, replacing and repairing. The walk along the bay was really nice with gorgeous sunsets. Thank you for a nice relaxing time. We had plenty of room and our family really enjoyed it.

Convenient & Comfy & Clean

This is a well maintained, very clean, very spacious property with the kindest owner. The pool is just off the back deck and the boat slip as well. The beach is a walk across the street. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Pensacola or Destin. There are some interior steps but we didn’t mind.

Absolute Perfection

This was our second trip to Navarre, this townhome was so wonderful. The location was prime, so close to a private beach on the sound. Plenty of room in the spacious house, will all the things you could possibly need. The owner was also so great a communicating quickly and was so helpful. We look forward to coming back and staying here agian! 10/10 if we could give mroe than 5 stars we would!

Great location, Bay Beach is perfect for kids and adults to relax

The house is a townhouse, and it’s little bay beach just yards from the back deck was the highlight of our trip, as the ocean had red flags and double red flags out all week. My kids had a blast catching fish and floating around, digging in the sand . It was very quiet and peaceful as we were the only people there most days. The house was clean and check in was easy. It’s well appointed with a nicely stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and beach towels. There is also a pack n play and high chair which we didn’t use as we brought our own, but are in the closets there. Glenda was very responsive to questions. There are lots of beach and bay things to borrow in the garage which is great. You can easily walk to the beach, but the closest public access does have quite a few stairs if you’re bringing a wagon. But everything else to walk to nearby is easy. You do need to wash all the towels yourself as well, so plan that into your evening the day before/morning of check out. My only complaint for the week was the construction going on in the unit next door was unbelievably loud. We tried to watch a movie one rainy day in the living room and had to give up and go watch upstairs in the master to escape the noise. The next day my 2 year old woke up about 30 min into a normal 2 hour nap because it was too loud. Our last breakfast at the house was accompanied by very loud hammering which did not stop while we packed up our stuff and loaded the car. I realize construction next door is out of the control of the property owners, and Glenda did try to help by contacting the other owners, but it really was a big drawback for us during our stay. Without the construction it would have been the perfect stay!

Wow that view!

This property sits perfectly located so the master bdrm views the bay and at sunrise and sunset it's a beautiful scene right from your bed. The owner(s) have done a great job thinking of the little things - ice packs, beach toys, first aid, beach towels, etc (all the things we forget about on vacation). Location is furnished well and spacious, we will definitely go here again.!!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at this townhouse. We had 4 adults and 3 children. This townhome has everything you need! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach wagon. We loved the pool, the bay side small beach and were really close to the gulf side too. We were not able to swim on the gulf side because the waves were rough so we really enjoyed the fact that we had a pool and a bay side to swim in! We loved being able to spread out with all the space. Great communication with the owner! We will stay here again if we can.

Our children and their friends roamed the beaches fishing/crabbing, waterskiing and all other activities. Now we are enjoying it with our grandchild and adult children.
