Beachview Complex - Steps from the beach, Swimming pool, and Tennis Court

This two bedroom corner unit offers plenty of space with an open floor plan to make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional family members. A pack and play is also available for our little guests. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious for easily preparing meals. Regular coffee pot along with Keurig to satisfy all tastes. Have your coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool.

The unit offers washer and dryer, complimentary Wifi, and two parking spaces just outside the door.

Beachview property is centrally located to some of the best attractions and restaurants in Navarre. You are literally steps from the beach, steps from the pool, and steps from the tennis court which also serves as a Pickle Ball Court. One mile west you can walk across the Navarre Beach Pier, which is the longest pier in Florida and the Gulf of Mexico. Just down the road you can visit the Marine Science Station to learn about local marine life. Next door is the Beach House Bar and Grille steakhouse located inside the Springhill Suites. Just a short drive away you will find Juana's Pagoda, a waterfront bar and grill with live music and beach volleyball.

Beachview complex is very quaint and family friendly. Unlike the crowds at the high rise complexes, you have the ability to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets, sugar white sand and emerald green water on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Navarre Beach still has that old Florida charm with bike paths, walking paths, shops, and some of the friendliest people anywhere.

Host were very sweet and informative from day one of booking our condo for a week. Very pleasant to communicate with and graciously left muffins upon our arrival with a very nice handwritten welcome letter. Our condo was well stocked and accommodating for all of our beach needs and condo needs.

Condo was exactly as described and decorated perfectly. The owners communicated better than any other condo I have ever rented. We will definitely rent again. Very quick walk to the beach. Bonus, you can partially see the beach from the master bedroom. The condo has everything you want plus more. 10/10

Great location easy short walk to both the beach and pool. Naverre was a great location away from big crowds and close enough to drive to Destin or Pensecola for a day of tourist activities. The property was comfortable and not stuffy which made relaxing with children in the group great! Also had plenty of room and useful items to make the stay wonderful. The best host I’ve ever dealt with, easy communication and great recommendations for food and activities! Five Stars!

Connie’s and John’s place is amazing and we enjoyed our 4th year taking spring break at their place. Perfectly positioned, immaculately clean and well cared for. Easy parking and beach access. And we’re already booked for next year. We are blessed to be able to take a nice break like this in the spring and further blessed to know Connie and John and to spend time at their condo.

We arrived at Beachview (condo 216) this past Sunday and were fortunate the owners (Connie & John) happened to be on-site and let us check-in early. Both were very helpful in explaining everything about the condo and answered all our questions about the area, where to eat, what to do, etc. They were extremely helpful . Although the place is a bit older, it was one of the cleanest places we ever stayed. It was just impressive and we certainly would return.

It was a very family friendly experience, the property was well maintained and had everything we needed. Our kids loved being on the beach and using the pool daily. We will definitely stay here again next year.
