Walkable Wedding Weekend

My family of 8 adults stayed VERY comfortably at this charming, clean and conveniently located home. We could walk everywhere! Shops, coffee, restaurants (of every cuisine) and down to the water. Bluffton is charming and the house allowed for the perfect family celebration! Shop for your groceries on the way in and you won’t have to get in your car again!

Snow in SC

We arrived right after a snow storm for a 3 week stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked. We weren’t able to take advantage of the screen porch, grill or golf cart until it warmed up! Walking distance to Old Town Bluffton’s shops snd restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

Property worked out well. Close to the wedding venue and gave us a break from trying to be in a hotel. We enjoyed the town and restraunts. Close to all.

Lovely and convenient

This was the perfect spot for us to stay while in town for a wedding. The house was beautiful, conveniently located to plenty, and spacious! Would definitely come back in the future.

Wedding weekend ahead of Hurricane Helene

The house was spacious & clean & well appointed. All 5 adults were very comfortable. Jonathan was prompt & responsive. We enjoyed using the golf cart cart for short jaunts around town. I recommend this property.

Loved it!

Beautiful, clean house in an excellent location! The golf cart was an added bonus to take shopping and out to eat on Calhoun Street. We definitely plan to go back!

Great House

This is a wonderful home. Very clean. Really well stocked. Roomy. Host was accessible. Having the golf cart was really a nice perk. Home is close to everything in downtown Bluffton. Highly recommend.

70th Birthday Celebration

What a wonderful property to spend my 70th birthday with family from PA and NJ. The owners Jonathan and Patricia were an absolute blessing. Extremely cordial and friendly. The entire process of check-in and checkout went with extreme ease. The house itself was superbly equipped with every imaginable kitchen need, bath needs, snacks etc. and included a 4 seater golf cart for cruising around the local town before sunset. Within walking distance of some great restaurants and live music. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a low country getaway.

Old College Girl’s Vacation … 70’s

We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon… place was clean, well appointed and spacious. The beds are great. Comfy and great linens etc. Kitchen was easy to cook and eat. The access to upstairs bedrooms was a bit challenging with Heavy suitcases. Also worrisome at night … Only one bathroom upstairs. Has a tub. First floor has 2 bathrooms. Great walk in shower. Water was not really hot but we discovered a toggle on the sink that helped it after running for a while. TV is smart and YouTubeTV ready. That was a challenge for us ! Weather was not great but hey… we had lots of laughs and fun. Never used the Golf Cart as it rain and rained…

Excellent property with many perks.

We found the property very clean, and my wife is a stickler. House was well appointed with higher end construction and appliances, a lot of design detail. Located a short walk from Oyster Factory Park and Church of the Cross. Little farther to the Promenade area. Golf cart was nice so we could get our disabled Vet son out and about in the fresh air. Plenty of quality linens and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with snacks and coffee. Back yard fenced which was nice for our large dog. Only suggestion is grab bars in toilet area for those who are challenged. Jonathan was very communicative and responded almost immediately to the few questions we had. We were there for a week and would definitely recommend.

Easter Weekend

Home was in a great location in Old Town Bluffton and short trip for is to Palmetto Bluff. We will be back for sure. Golf cart was a nice bonus for all.

Perfect home and host....You will want for nothing!

Jonathan and Patricia are truly phenomenal hosts. They not only graciously open their beautiful home to strangers, but they provide all amenities one would need! My husband and I (and our sweet dog, Milo) stayed for one month (with family members visiting for several of those days). The location is PERFECT, and the home is extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I was able to cook gourmet meals in their fully equipped kitchen. Jonathan quickly responded the few times I needed to reach out to him for questions. Do not hesitate to reserve this home for your vacation...it is a gem!

Overall Great Time

We had such a great time staying at this property in Bluffton. Wonderful house - very well appointed and comfortable, huge bedrooms, great bathrooms and convenient fenced yard for our dog. Terrific location - walk or golf cart ride to everything in old town Bluffton, including the May River, parks, some fun shops and delicious restaurants. So much to do and see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Outstanding Vacation Home!

Right from the start, we had exceptional communication with Jonathan. They had EVERYTHING we needed for a comfortable stay. I even had to ask Jonathan about his beds because they were fabulous!!! I really can’t think of anything they did not have that we were in need of. I would CERTAINLY rent from them again! Thank you Jonathan & Patricia!!!

Great place and perfect location next to historic Bluffton

The location was so great to walk down to the wharf or go into town. Having the golf cart was really nice at night to go into the old town area for easy parking. The house was so clean and had everything you could need. Really nicely decorated. It was a great location to explore the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to stay near historic downtown Bluffton or even if you're looking to explore the Beaufort county area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Christmas Vacation

This is one of those homes that you would like to keep a secret. It is a beautiful place to spend a vacation. The home is open, airy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and is open to the family room. The master bedroom is on the main with other bedrooms upstairs. The layout gives each bedroom a sense of privacy. The screen porch is a nice feature that we used when it wasn’t too cold. The added bonus is the proximity to Old Town Bluffton. The owner furnished a golf cart for our use, which we declined as it was nice to walk to the restaurants, boutiques and parks. We love the Bluffton area and plan to return several times in 2024 and this is where we will stay!

Having 3 kids we decided to buy a vacation home in Bluffton so we can experience many adventures with our kids. It's perfect from all the activities in Bluffton to being right in the center of Old Town Bluffton where everything is walking distance. It was also exciting for us because we are close to Hilton Head and Savannah! We hope you love our house and Bluffton as much as we do! We would love to hear from you and your personal experiences! We are still learning the area ourselves. :-)
