Newly Renovated Old Town Charmer

Completely renovated house just 3 minutes from Old Town, located in family-friendly Bluffton Park- now also including a pass upon request to our beach-front resort on Hilton Head Island.

Featuring all new appliances, floors, a modern kitchen with southern charm, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and an upstairs game / sleep space featuring Xbox, shuffle board & many board games.

Located less than 1 block from a beautiful park and pond with walking trail, and 2 blocks from a pool available for your use.

Our house is the perfect cozy place to make memories and enjoy the Low Country, and we have appointed it just for this purpose- just 3 minutes to the charm of Old Town, and a few more to the beautiful May River.

Our 100% newly renovated house features an open concept kitchen & dining area that opens up to an inviting living room with a modern fireplace & entertainment space.

Our home features 3 bedrooms on the main floor, all fully renovated and appointed for comfort- with additional sleeping space on the 2nd floor along with a game room.

On the main floor, enjoy the comforts of a King Master bedroom (including a new, private master bath), a Queen bedroom with a dedicated work space, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Our upstairs game room includes 2 trundle beds that sleeps 4 additional guests.

We also offer a pack-n-play that we keep in the master bedroom closet.

The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, a farmer-style sink, and light/airy finishes to invite the whole family to the table. It is stocked with a new combo Keurig coffee + drip coffee machine, a tea kettle, new cook & bakeware, and all the utensils you will need to make a nice meal for your group. A crock pot, toaster, and blender are also all available.

High-speed secure wifi is throughout, with smart TVs in the Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Upstairs Game Room. In the game room, we have a new full size shuffle board table, an Xbox with game pass included for guests, and board games for the entire family.

We have a new laundry room with new LG Washer and Dryer and plenty of storage.

Enjoy the low country sunrise with your morning coffee on our outdoor patio seating, or enjoy a crackling fire in our backyard gas fire pit and seating area. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a cornhole game available to use.

Our house is located a convenient 150 ft. from a beautiful neighborhood pond with a playground and walking path, and is 2 blocks from a swimming pool which is available to all of our guests. Additionally, Oscar Frazier Park and sports center is a 10 minute walk away.

If you're interested in getting to the beach during your stay, we offer a day pass to a beautiful beach-front resort on Hilton Head - complete with the largest pool on Hilton Head Island, a Tiki bar to grab drinks and a bite, and a beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Cost for the resort pass is $35/vehicle, and is valid for the duration of your stay.

Included with your stay are all linens, bath and beach towels, washcloths and hand towels. In addition, we provide a starter pack of soaps, shampoos and conditioners, as well as some detergent for both dishwasher and laundry. Our hope is that these amenities will get you by so you are able to experience a painless check-in before heading to the store to pick up your own personal items for your stay.

We have appointed our home as if we were staying with our family - and we aim to ensure our guests enjoy relaxing in our Southern Modern home as much as we do!

Guests are free to park in the street in front of the property or the back ally.

Guests are able to use the community pool (with a key fob) and have access to a Beach-front resort on Hilton Head Island ($35 charge / car)

We actively communicate to our guests via the AirBnB app and are available 24/7.

We provide our direct cell phone number to guests, and are available throughout the stay for any questions or issues.

Bluffton Park is a family friendly neighborhood just a few blocks northwest of Old town. It contains many parks, ponds, and a community pool.

For stays longer than 1 month, we require a brief rental agreement to be signed.

We require guests to be at least 24 years old to book, and the person who books with us must also stay in the home.

We communicate with our guests before their arrival to ensure a smooth check-in, and do our best to ensure an enjoyable & relaxing visit throughout.

We take pride in our Low Country home and are so happy to make it available to others to enjoy.
