It was perfect for the two of us. People in the complex were very nice. The pool was a bonus! The furniture was a little old but doable. The location was perfect! I would definitely stay again.

This little gem was perfect for the two of us. Very close proximity to the Boardwalk & beach! Would definitely return on our next visit.

This studio is in an excellent location. The place was clean and tidy. The air conditioning and appliances worked well. The Murphy bed was comfortable. There are a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool and surrounding area were clean. I would recommend it and stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

Perfect and simple location for our relaxing getaway. Rental is close to the beach, several restaurants and stores, and just down from nightly live music shows.

It was only one block off of the boardwalk so super easy to get to the beach. There was beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers in the suite to use. The pool was warm and clean. The only minor compliant would be it needs better curtains if you like a really dark room to sleep in.

The unit was perfect for my sister and I at a great price. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was! If you're looking for a smaller rental with beach access & a heated pool ion the premises, this is it!! Joseph was very prompt in answering all my questions. Definitely a place I plan to return to on the future.

We had a nice stay overall. The location is perfect and very close to the beach. The pool was great, the neighbors were friendly, and we really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella that were available to use. We also enjoyed walking down the boardwalk each morning to Riptide for chai and a croissant, which was a great way to start the day. There was a small miscommunication about early check-in so the room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but we were able to get settled later without issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the convenient location made it easy to relax and enjoy the area.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint space! There is not a ton of space, but it worked perfect for us because we spent most of our time at the beach! The location is safe and steps away from the beach. It’s also in close proximity to many yummy food places without being in a super crowded area!

Great location!

Great little studio apartment perfect for me and my 12 year old for a quick little beach getaway. Well stocked and wonderful spot…very easy walk to the beach. Designated parking spot, close to airport. Hope we can come back one day!

Mini Getaway

We chose to stay here for a mini-getaway including an event at the Hard Rock Casino. We loved being super close to the beach and walk-able restaurants so we could maximize our short amount of time here! Place was clean and well-stocked, the air conditioning worked great, and Murphy bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend this place, for a couple with no kiddos, it was perfectly sized!

Perfect setting

Host Joe was extremely helpful . Unit is clean, updated & fully stocked. Our granddaughters had a very pleasant, relaxing stay in this unit.

Great location !

If you are looking for a place that is walking distance to the broad walk, restaurants and beach but are on a budget this will be a good choice. It’s a small studio good for two people and a small child. It’s clean and has plenty of extra supplies. The building is not fancy but the pool is decent and clean. The biggest plus here is location. The owner was easy to reach at all times and nice.

Average property with great location

Overall good experience. There was cleanliness issue, hairs found all over bed. Also found dead bug on plates in kitchen cabinet.

The unit was clean before you checked in, and there was no visible hairs anywhere. I apologize if you felt the unit was not clean, but I always am to have a nice clean unit before anyone checks in.

Excellent location

The property is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. It’s a studio apartment, not a lot of room but perfect for 2 people. The Murphy bed was very comfortable; there was plenty of bedding and pillows. The only downside is that it needs a good deep cleaning. Blinds, baseboards, doors and floors were dusty. Not a big deal, just a suggestion. We would stay here again.

All necessities

All the necessary items equipped all in one place. Although the weather was not desirable, the living area alongside the kitchen was just right. Only a bike ride to grocery stores we were able to stock up with some good food and cook, enjoy coffee on the balcony and have the ability to walk just a few feet to be on the beach. Equipped with chairs, coolers and full size fridge and a heated pool, what else could you ask for? A nice break from home.

Location

Great location, the unit itself was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Joe was quick to respond to all communication. The only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star is because a few of the permanent residents on the property had a bunch of clutter outside their units. This didn't affect our stay in anyway, we were able to overlook it and had a great time.

Very Clean. Toiletries provided. Air conditioning unit had a nice fan for white noise. Very close to boardwalk but one street down so it is more quiet. Owner was helpful when contacted for help with access to unit and followed up to make sure all was good. Black out curtains would be nice as the outdoor lighting that helps with night safety is very bright and makes the room too light at night. Need more pillows for the bed. The mattress isn’t very comfortable.
