The place was super clean, smelled fresh, quite. Everything we needed was available, clean towels, soap, coffe maker etc. Bob (host) was friendly and prompt to respond. The beach was wonderful 1 minute walking. Parking on-site, easy to access and safe. We were there for 2 nights, we had a great time. All positive. I totally recommend! Thank you Bob!

The place was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. The Murphy bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was just a few steps as they said. The pool on the property was very nice and big enough to really swim in. The parking space was tight, but our midsize car fit and we were thankful for it. The beach area was really nice. We took long walks on the Broadwalk, which took you to multiple restaurants, live music, beach access, a park for picnics, multiple public bathrooms, and outdoor showers to get the sand off your feet, and even a small convenient grocery store. There were beach towels, camp chairs, and a cooler to take to the beech. The only thing I think could be improved is to add more ice trays. There was only one tray and that does not make enough ice for two people to keep their water bottles cold in the south Florida heat. Overall, a very convenient property and I would stay again!

Great Stay!!!

We had a great time in this place for our first time at Hollywood Beach!!! This apartment is great for two people, beach is just a few steps away, pool even closer!! Places to eat is just a short walk down the Broadwalk. We would stay again!!

We wish the kitchen would be equipped with salt and pepper. Also, the cooktop was not adequate. Otherwise loved the location and place.

It was a short walk to the broadwalk and the beach. The pictures are actually older and don't reflect some of the upgrades! There is a coffee pot, cooktop and microwave. What ever you need can be delivered from multiple area groceries. When the room was clean I got a message that anytime was ok to go to room, which was nice. Good communication with the owner. I enjoyed the stay and will return!

My wife and I recently purchased this property because we like the beach so much and it is right next door to one we bought in 2008. We have been coming to Hollywood beach for years. This place has given us a greater opportunity to enjoy it our self's when not rented. It has been our dream to own something so nice and so close to the beach. We live in nearby Miami and when we don’t have this rented we will be enjoying it ourselves!

We have lived in south Florida since 1990 and we believe that Hollywood Beach is the best beach in Florida! And we have found that this end of the beach is the best part of Hollywood Beach because of the quite more family oriented atmosphere.
