Located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this one‑bedroom condo is perfect for a couple, two friends, or a small family looking for unbeatable walkability and comfort. You're just half a block from Main Street and a quick five‑minute walk to the Peak 9 base area. If you prefer starting your day at the gondola, the free town trolley picks up right on Main Street. Parking for one vehicle is included in the alley or covered garage.
A new memory‑foam king bed and a queen pullout sofa make this space super comfortable for up to four guests. Enjoy the smart TV, electric fireplace, full kitchen with new appliances, ski lockers, and more. Dedicated high‑speed WiFi and a laundry facility at the end of the hallway make this an excellent choice for extended stays or work‑from‑home trips.
StayLTD manages multiple condos in this complex and nearby, so if you're traveling with a larger group or want to upgrade to a bigger unit, we can easily accommodate everyone.
Optional Cancel For Any Reason insurance is available for bookings made 30+ days in advance, allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
The main renter must be 25+ and present during the reservation.

This condo's location is excellent for accessing great restaurants and Main Street. Everything is within a short walk. There is also a locked garage space.

Small, not much storage for guests and not really usable kitchen to cook. But location is terrific. Good parking in a garage. Fairly noisy with more of a hotel feel. Big comfortable bed. Host was a little difficult when I had some questions beforehand.

Felt like condo was to little. Picture off wall and was already damaged and repaired with scotched tape. Lights under kitchen did not work. Battery to fireplace did not work. Light switch in bedroom near bathroom didn’t work. White pods under sink looked like a dishwasher pod but there is not a dishwasher. For a weekend better but for a week we just needed more room. King size bed was nice.

Thanks for visiting us at one of our great StayLTD locations in Breck. We found the picture hanging on the wall with scotch tape and fixed it. Someone must have broken it and didn't tell us, but all set now. We also verified that the fireplace and remote did work, you just need to open the doors to the fireplace. While we don't have a dishwasher, guests bring the pods and leave them sometimes. We do have bigger places and we'd be happy to host you in one of our more spacious locations. This spot right downtown is perfect for those looking to be in the middle of the events and town and are just looking for a great, cozy, clean location to crash and make the most of their trip. The king bed is a score in Breck, there aren't many, glad you found it comfy. See you next time at one of our larger locations that meet your needs.

the apartment was close to everything, main street, grocery right across street and all the in town hiking trails. Inside is cozy and well equipped. All the communication and check in was easy. We would definitely stay again.

10/10 for location!! One block away from Main St, so restaurants and shops are all accessible on foot. Also walking distance to the gondola which is super convenient. The unit was very clean and the host was great at communication.

First off, our host was the most engaged and friendly host that we've ever dealt with. The property was conveniently located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge and very clean. Pictures were very accurate as well as the description. We will likely be staying at this property, or one of the hosts other properties again in the future. Thank you so much, Brett.

I hope to return to this location. I loved everything about it. The walking distance to everything was excellent. The cleanliness of the space was wonderful and working with the property manager was smooth and convenient.
