Summary:

Gorgeous Luxury Home new construction. Bring together different family members for a fabulous vacation. Brand-new three-story home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located on San Carlos Island close enough to the Fort Myers Beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the heavy seasonal traffic. Just under a mile to the beach!



Twelve guests can be comfortably accommodated with the use of a futon. It's possible to add in a couple more people with the use of air mattresses or cots. Lots of room in the house to accommodate.



The brand new pool and deck area are awesome, perfect for fun whether spending the day there or coming back after a hot day at the beach.

The beach house has everything you would need. Very clean. We were able to walk back and forth to the beach, restaurants and shops even with children ages 6,5,4 and 2.

Great house and location

Property is in great shape, nice pool, and with in walking distance of a number of bars, restaurants and entertainment. there is even a bus/shuttle that picks you up on the corner and takes you to the beach so you do not have to drive/park.

Family vacation

Our children and grandchildren stayed with us for a family vacation and Red Sox Spring training. House is beautiful and plenty of room for 10. Enjoyed the house and pool.

Great location

Communication with property owner excellent. Missed using the pool for two days due to heater issue. Enjoyed walking to various restaurants.

I am so sorry the pool heater had an issue. The heater is new and under warranty. Unfortunately, there was a wait period to get the warranty tech to the site.

Family Holiday Trip

The property and neighborhood is in great shape given the hurricane just over a year ago. Many local businesses back open. Super close walk (over the bridge) to the beach, 0.7 miles. The home is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay!

2024 Girls trip

We all enjoy our vacation in Florida and the house was the perfect set up for the 5 of us! Very clean house and loaded with every household item you need. Hosts were super nice and accommodating!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house

Our crew of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed this house. Lots of room for us to spread out or congregate in the kitchen/living/dining room area. Lovely porches to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine and the view of the water. Great location to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva. And the pool is heated! Would definitely book again!

Great time, great home

The family enjoyed our stay. We had multi-generational individuals in the family on this vacation and everyone had a great time. The home met our expectations and the property manager even stopped by to ensure our needs were being met. Whether it was a quick walk to Ft Myers beach or hanging by the home pool, we had a great time. Thank you.

phenomenal place!

we had an incredible stay at Barry's VRBO. His hospitality was outstanding, and the flawless home exceeded expectations. The folding doors at the front were a brilliant touch, adding to the overall charm. Barry was easily accessible, making the experience seamless. The home's numerous features comfortably accommodated two families, and considering all the added amenities, the price was an absolute bargain. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway!

Fabulous Experience!

This property had everything you needed/wanted! Morning sun @ the pool & afternoon sun on the front deck. The property is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Barry was a fabulous host! If we are in the area again, this VRBO is on the top of the list.

Perfect

I rented this property for my family (8 adults, 1 teen, and 1 infant) and it was perfect and everyone had plenty of room and we didn’t feel on top of each other. We came to Ft Myers for my grandmas 100th birthday and to have my immediate family all be able to stay in one place was very convenient. Property was well maintained and very clean. 100% recommend and would rent again.

The Beach Walk home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and secluded but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. Watching the sunset from the front porch balcony is breath taking.

The house is new and is beautifully furnished. The heated pool allows for swimming year round.
